Each lifeless painting in Hogwarts Legacy has a moth-shaped mold at the bottom of it. To restore life to an empty frame, players will need to find a magical moth and return it to the frame, where it will rest inside that mold and bring the painting back to life.

The character has an interesting story path in Hogwarts Legacy revolving around his family and past, so you would be missing out on a compelling narrative if you turn him in. If you do turn Sebastian in, it will lock out additional content that could extend your time in the Wizarding World's darker side.
Visiting Azkaban in Hogwarts Legacy is exclusive to only one house. Inside Azkaban, players are met with Dementors and must help a wrongfully imprisoned individual while facing intense moments.

You'll find this Rhino skeleton in the Defence Against the Dark Arts Tower. Once you've found it, you'll see that the map points you down the staircase to the side of it. Head directly down and out the door in front of you to enter the Transfiguration Courtyard.
Cast the Lumos spell and walk back across the bridge towards the Forbidden Forest. The floating candles should spawn and lead you into the forest. Follow the floating candles until they reveal a chest on top of a hill. Collect your rewards, which will complete the side quest, “Ghost of Our love.”
The painting will thank you for not burning it, and you'll have to decide where to place it. The painting will demand you return it back to Three Broomsticks.

Later, in the Undercroft, the game gives you the option to turn Sebastian in or to let him get away with the murder of his uncle. Of course, in the real world, murder is a serious crime and should always be reported.
Turning in Sebastian will result in his being expelled from Hogwarts. As a result, he won't be available in quests at the end of the game and won't be in the epilogue. Instead, Ominis Gaunt will take Sebastian Sallow's place in the “In the Shadow of Friendship” quest line.
After completing Hogwarts Legacy's story, players will gain access to two main story new quests; these being Weasley's Watchful Eye and The House Cup. The former requires players to complete the Field Guide, which means finding every single missing page.
