The Hundred and One Dalmatians is a 1956 children's novel by Dodie Smith about the kidnapping of a family of Dalmatian puppies. It was originally serialized in Woman's Day as The Great Dog Robbery, and details the adventures of two dalmatians named Pongo and Missis as they rescue their puppies from a fur farm.
The main messages from One Hundred and One Dalmatians are that sometimes in life it's important to take initiative, and that you can achieve more as part of a team and when you work together.
Her villainous plot in the show was to steal the Dearlys' farm from them, using the puppies as a ransom. Her mother Malevola de Vil demands she do this, and Cruella also was denied the farm by old Widow Smedly the first time she tried to buy it, incensing her and beginning her obsession.

How did there end up being 101 Dalmations?
Their parents, Pongo and Perdita, set out to save their puppies from Cruella, in the process rescuing eighty-four additional ones, bringing the total of Dalmatians to one hundred and one.

What The Ending of Cruella Really Means. Cruella ends with the Baroness being proven guilty of Estella's murder and being taken to jail for her crimes. While the Baroness is exposed in the eyes of the public, she is shown to hold a considerable amount of influence due to her social stature.
How did Pongo change the Dalmatians into Labrador pups?
Explanation: After seeing Patch and Lucky covered in soot from a nearby fireplace, Pongo gets the idea of covering themselves in soot to distract the villains. The Labrador says that's a good idea. After all the puppies are covered in soot, the Labrador helps Pongo and Perdita escort the puppies to the truck in groups.
Lucky is one of Pongo and Perdita's fifteen puppies. He is the puppy who nearly dies soon after his birth in both the animated and live-action films but was revived through the efforts of Roger Radcliffe.
Pongo meanwhile, tries to assure Perdita, who is now sad over their having puppies. The puppies eventually arrive, with Perdita delivering a litter of 15 puppies.
