The Tree of Souls is a sacred site for the Omatikaya Na'vi clan and their closest connection to Eywa. At the center of a caldera-shaped enclave is a tall willow-like tree with long, bioluminescent tendrils and a large root system that radiates out.
Similar to the Tree of Voices or the Tree of Souls for the Omatikaya clan, the Spirit Tree is the Metkayina's main access point to Ewya's neural network providing memories, stored “spirits” of their ancestors and even oxygen allowing for prolonged sessions underwater.

Where did Jake and Neytiri mate?
When Neytiri was 18 years old in 2154, she met Jake Sully in a Pandoran forest, rescuing him from a pack of viperwolves. Neytiri became his teacher in the ways of the Na'vi. Despite her prior engagement to Tsu'tey, Jake and Neytiri fall in love and consummated their relationship beneath the Tree of Voices.
Over 20,000 years old, Hometree is the spiritual and physical home of the Tipani clan of the Na'vi. It is where they sleep and eat, learn and labor. The tree itself is over 150 meters tall and its diameter is many times that of a giant sequoia.

Canon cites that "the Average Na'vi is 4-times as strong as the most fit human athlete...has 'Carbon-fiber bones'...can breath toxic atmosphere"... which seems pretty self-explanatory.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
After winning the war against the humans in the first film, Jake said Toruk Makto wasn't needed anymore and released the creature, but he still goes by the moniker.
They flew until they found a great leonopteryx. Assuming that it never looks up, because it has no natural predators to attack it from above, Jake flew his banshee above it, then jumped onto the back of the great leonopteryx and bonded with it, becoming the sixth Toruk Makto.

The reference implies that a Na'vi's queue may be considered an intimate area of the body. Removing the queue of Pandoran wildlife has been shown to have severe effects. Despite this, It is unknown what would canonically happen if a Na'vi queue was cut off, but it is still implied to be serious.
But it turns out the 'hair sex' scene was never part of the theatrical cut at all, it was actually in the Avatar extended version that was released in 2010. The extended version is also included on home video, DVD and Blu-ray.
