Biollante, SpaceGodzilla, King Kong, King Ghidorah, Mothra, and Mechagodzilla have all achieved victories over Godzilla at least once in their battles. Mechagodzilla holds the record for the most wins against Godzilla, defeating him three times throughout the franchise.

Mechagodzilla II, the latter was able to defeat Rodan and Godzilla in battle. In the Monsterverse, Mechagodzilla got a major upgrade and came close to defeating both Godzilla and Kong.
But, much like Ghidorah, the mechanized kaiju is inferior to Godzilla. He fought Godzilla to a tie in Godzilla Against Mechagodzilla and even forced Godzilla to team up with King Caesar in Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, but has lost more fights than he's won.
