Kong: Skull Island marks the first official appearances of Godzilla in a non-Godzilla kaiju film, as well as the first official appearances of Rodan, Mothra, and King Ghidorah in a film not produced by Toho.
Marlow tells the group about the giant ape named Kong, which protects the island from predators, including subterranean reptilian creatures dubbed "Skullcrawlers", which were awakened from the bombing and responsible for killing Kong's entire species, leaving him as the last of his kind.
Yet, the film itself seems to treat Kong as the only Titan on Skull Island, despite the fact that the island is populated with all kinds of giant creatures besides Kong. Plus, the novelization of the film explicitly shows the Skullcrawlers responding to Ghidorah's call.
Out of all the Titans on Skull Island, Mother Longlegs are by far the creepiest. These creatures were prominently featured in Kong: Skull Island and remain one of the most memorable monster species in MonsterVerse canon.

Why didn't Kong respond to Ghidorah?
As you can see, he's shared an excerpt from the official novelisation in which we learn that while Kong heard the calls (and has many times in the past as well), he chose to ignore them. In fact, it seems like while Kong is angered by what he hears, he only cares about protecting his home, so will Godzilla vs.

Strength is subjective in the kaiju world because the stats on these creatures are all over the place and most are not accurate. There is only one that constantly reigns supreme in physical strength. That is of course King Ghidorah the alien dragon from the deep cosmos.

All of the Skullcrawlers are portrayed by CGI. The Skullcrawlers' stomachs don't appear to be able to digest bone, as one of them is seen vomiting bones, including a human skull, in the boneyard. This is similar to some species of snakes that eat eggs.
