Elsa suffers from anxiety, particularly around other people; while the anxiety is depicted as a result of her being unable to control her powers, it is still social anxiety and, since it often appears even when everything seems to be going well, could also be considered GAD.
Elsa fears she will not be accepted by her sister or her town. This feeling worsens as her parents pass away. Now with no one having knowledge of her powers the pressure increases for her to stay hidden. As she becomes required to attend her coronation, she begins overthinking how she will keep her powers hidden.
But is it healthy? In Part I of the Frozen series, I suggested that Elsa experiences something like borderline personality disorder (BPD). In this interpretation, Elsa's frozen rages are an outward display of the emotional dysregulation she feels inside.
Elsa, however, is risk-averse, anxious, and self-doubting. This is her biggest test. She must accept her crown and scepter with ungloved hands. Should she slip up or let her emotions overwhelm her, she may let the magic out, revealing who she really is.
However, after Elsa accidentally hurt Anna with her powers and Anna's memories had to be erased, she grew afraid of her powers and was unable to appropriately control them. She lived in fear of hurting anyone with her powers, and spent much of her formative years shut out from the world.

Does Elsa have anxiety?
What sets Elsa apart from the mass array of Disney princesses is her inner battle with mental illness, anxiety and depression. In Frozen II, Elsa is the only person who can hear a voice but everyone couldn't.

And while Elsa has PTSD, Anna suffers from a similar, yet very different, ordeal. Hit in the head by ice, and then mind-wiped, Anna has a lack of coordination, lack of balance, an extremely overly-impulsive attitude, poor judgement, compulsive behavior, and lack of memory. Anna has a traumatic brain injury.
Elsa willingly banishes herself to her room so that she can protect her sister. The memory of striking her sister is so traumatic that she avoids Anna at all costs so that she will not harm her. This becomes more evident throughout the movie.
After they visit the trolls, Elsa is forced to keep this big secret from his sister and the rest of the world. This sends her into a state of depression because she doesn't want to keep a secret from anyone, but she feels like she has to. Elsa also doesn't know how to control her powers which gives her anxiety.
The result of this research shows that Count Olaf has a personality disorder called antisocial personality disorder. Antisocial personality disorder is also known as psychopathy, sociopathy, or dyssocial personality.
Elsa is never properly identified as asexual or aromantic, something that would help immensely to increase visibility and awareness. Considering Disney's record with LGBT characters (remember the underwhelming 'gay moment' in Beauty and the Beast?)
With only a fruitcake, Olaf journeys into the woods, and is attacked by vicious wolves while traversing through. He narrowly escapes them, but loses the fruitcake shortly thereafter to a hawk. Depressed at having failed Anna and Elsa, Olaf wanders into the night, depressed, and figures it would be best to remain lost.
Trait anxiety is a term for anxiety that occurs often and is a consistent part of someone's way of thinking or their personality. In contrast, state anxiety is anxiety that only occurs in certain situations. Research has shown that trait anxiety may be related to differences in the brain's structure or function.
Research from 2015 describes it as “attentive immobility.” While the person who is “frozen” is extremely alert, they are also unable to move or take action against the danger. Freezing causes: physical immobility. a drop in heart rate, rather than an increase. muscle tension.
After years of isolation and fear, Elsa is quiet and introverted – unlike her sister Anna, who is bubbly and optimistic. However, they manage to overcome the wedge driven between them by Elsa's powers and end Frozen closer than ever.
Snow White can be classified as having Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The Princess meets all eight of the criteria listed in the DSM-V to diagnose PTSD (See Appendix A). First, she directly experiences a traumatic event relating to a near death experience (Criterion A1).

She also said that in frozen 2 she wasn't fit or ready for a relationship at all, and also said that she is not sure if it ever will in the future, not making guarantees. Just because Elsa finally learned to love herself doesn't mean she is ready for romance, in fact she might not even be trying to look for one at all.
Elsa's body temperature is directly affected by her emotions. When she's calm or happy, she feels normal. But when she's upset or fearful, her body temperature drops and ice starts to form without her direct control.
Although Elsa's disability is encoded as a magical ice power, the language the film uses to talk about her condition maps on to the experiences of people with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities in recognizable ways.
Social anxiety disorder usually starts during late childhood and may resemble extreme shyness or avoidance of situations or social interactions. It occurs more frequently in females than in males, and this gender difference is more pronounced in adolescents and young adults.
Rapunzel: Rapunzel has signs of Stockholm Syndrome, a syndrome in which a hostage starts to feel sympathy for their captor. Mother Gothel has kept Rapunzel imprisoned to a tower for the majority of her life, and the two have become close.
