Namor appears to paint a picture of himself fighting a panther at the film's end. After Namor's conversation with Namora, the camera shows a new addition to the underwater king's wall paintings. This time the painting depicts a man fighting a panther, seemingly as an eternal sign of his battle with Shuri.
Later, Namor laments to his cousin that now that they have Wakanda's sympathies, the nation will come to them in the future. After all, Wakanda Forever does put a spotlight on how the world's nations are either attacking Wakanda's facilities or blaming them for crimes anyhow. His war is just a matter of waiting.
In an emotional post-credit scene, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's ending explained that T'Challa and Nakia had a son named Toussaint. The end of the movie finds Shuri visiting Nakia in Haiti where she performs an intimate ceremony on a beach, coming to peace with the death of T'Challa.
During the funeral, there is a mural to T'Challa on the street that reads: “The King lives and the panther… forever in us.” As T'Challa explained. Wakandans believe death is not the end but simply a stepping off point into something new. Shuri is carrying T'Challa's Helmet.
Nakia comes up to her and says that there's something she hasn't been told. Something that nobody besides Ramonda knows – that she gave birth to a child conceived with T'Challa. While Shuri has assumed the title of Black Panther, the kid is the true heir to the throne.

Is Nakia pregnant in Wakanda forever?
At the end of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Nakia reveals to Shuri that she became pregnant with T'Challa's baby before he died and had his child, whom she raised in secret in Haiti. Shuri and the child, a son named Toussaint, meet at the end of the movie.
The MCU has had great couples in the past, and they've told love stories within superhero films before. But ultimately, while there was clear chemistry between Shuri and Namor, it was for the best that Marvel Studios decided to do without their potential love line.
The boy reveals that Toussaint is his Haitian name and his Wakandan name is T'Challa, son of T'Challa. The scene works as both a tribute to Chadwick Boseman and a means to allow for a T'Challa to continue to exist in the MCU. It also hits on the core importance of Boseman's character beyond the mantle of Black Panther.
Black Panther: Wakanda Forever doesn't include a post-credits scene but does include a message to assure us that we haven't seen the last of these characters. "Black Panther will return," it reads as the credits reach their conclusion. Shuri will likely remain as Black Panther for the foreseeable future.
Providing a less-than-serious reply, Namor said that "It means I'm going to feed your sorry Asgardian hide to the biggest sharks I can find!" While there's never really been an exact explanation as to what Namor's iconic battle cry truly means, it does sound pretty cool (which is ultimately the point).
As such, Shuri didn't fight for the Wakandan throne because she understood it wasn't right for her to do so at the time - and this marks a pivotal step on her journey to accept grief and find some inner peace, making it the right decision in the long run.
The reason being, like the Hulk, Universal Pictures owns the rights to Namor. The character isn't even allowed to be in marketing material or posters by himself unless it's a part of a series of posters like with Wakanda Forever.
Namor was among various major Marvel Comics' characters whose movie rights were sold to other studios, joining the ranks of the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Spider-Man. This meant that Marvel Studios couldn't produce a project featuring Namor, though the line has since been blurred.

In 2018, Nakia, pregnant with her son, was kept away when the battle with aliens occurred. She and her son then survived the Snap. After learning that T'Challa and Shuri had disappeared, she and her son, without telling anyone, moved to Haiti. Making the move and grieving the losses wasn't an easy feat for her.
However, a side-effect of the herb required them to make their nation of Talokan in the ocean, and it seems likely that the shift from more natural skin tones to blue when out of the water comes from a lack of oxygen absorption through the skin when Namor's people come to the surface.
Shuri urges Namor to yield, to spare both their people. "Vengeance has consumed us," she says. "It will not consume our people." Thankfully, Namor yields.
After being deposed from his throne, Namor joins the superhero team the Avengers. He is briefly married to Marrina, an aquatic alien and a member of the Canadian super-team Alpha Flight. She is later presumed killed, but she is later revealed to be in a coma, of which Namor is unaware.
Namor wants to burn down the surface world before they realize that the Talokanil even exist. He sees Shuri and her strength, which opens him up to creating an alliance with Wakanda that would make Talokan even stronger. They can burn the world down together.
She consequently became jealous of T'Challa's American ex-girlfriend Monica Lynne and plotted to kill her, but T'Challa rescued her and banished Nakia bringing great shame on her tribe and Wakanda. Nakia was captured by Achebe and tortured by him until Erik Killmonger came and freed her.
While the inclusion of indigenous American culture in Wakanda Forever afforded Nyong'o a natural opportunity to speak Spanish, it's not the first time her character Nakia has spoken multiple languages in a Marvel movie. In fact, the actress considers multilingualism to be one of the Wakandan spy's superpowers.
She couldn't accept that her role was merely ceremonial and that T'Challa had no romantic intentions toward her. Nakia's jealousy changed her, leading to her attempting to kill the King's former lover, a deceptive betrayal that caused T'Challa to banish Nakia back to her home village in disgrace.
