Worf is his first name. In Starfleet, he goes by Worf Roshenko (his adoptive parents last name). In the Klingon Empire, he uses Worf, son of Mogh. Basically, although little detail is ever given, Klingons don't have last names as we understand them.
Worf did not take the Rozhenkos' last name, preferring to be addressed by the Klingon designation, "Worf, son of Mogh". However, his son, Alexander Rozhenko, who was raised by the Rozhenkos after his mother, K'Ehleyr, died, did use their surname.

While Klingons are normally shown to be the strongest of all species within the Star Trek franchise, they are surprisingly weak when compared to the Vulcans. This is another perfect example of how Star Trek subverts expectations, hoping time and time again that raw power is not what gives a person power.
