The subtitles and script show some of Padme's final words to Obi Wan as “There is still good in him.” Every time I watch this I swear she says “Obi Wan...there's quite a name.” I have always thought of it as her recognizing him for everything he has done over the trilogy.
What he did not see, at the time at least, was that Padmé used her last breaths to tell Obi-Wan that she was certain that in regards to her husband, "there's still good in him." Now, those words are set to be revealed to someone other than Darth Vader himself.
On her deathbed, she begged Obi-Wan to remember that Anakin was still good inside, a message he would repeat to Luke in Episode VI. She also considered Obi-Wan to be a trustworthy friend, although she never revealed the secret of her child's father to him until he figured it out himself.
Before he could enter, however, Vader was stopped by Sabé, Eirtaé, Rabé, Saché, and Dormé, former handmaidens of Amidala, who refused to let him enter into the grave so he would not desecrate it. However, Vader would not be denied. As he entered the tomb, he became flooded with memories of Amidala.

Does Darth Vader know he killed Padmé?
Darth Vader awakens, and his first question is about the whereabouts of Padmé. Palpatine tells Darth Vader that in his anger he killed her, placing the blame for Padmé's death on Vader. Vader denies it, saying he sensed Padmé was still alive, which the audience knows she was as Obi-Wan escaped on the ship with her.
He had no idea Padmé had given birth before she died, still less that the Jedi had spirited the children away and hidden them. Darth Vader's illusions were shattered shortly after the destruction of the first Death Star.

Sabé is the most important of Queen Amidala's royal retinue of handmaidens. During crisis situations, Sabé and Amidala switch roles. Sabé becomes a decoy, disguised as the Queen, while Amidala adopts a simple gown of a handmaiden, and goes by her less formal name of Padmé Naberrie.
From that moment on, Amidala was also called Padmé Naberrie Skywalker, a title with her birth name, and the name of her husband, though she would never publicly take her new husband's name.

When Leia saw him, she was horrified. and could not find it in her to accept him. She remembered all the people he slaughtered, what happened to Alderon, and the thing that bothered her the most.
Summary. Darth Vader's failure to recognize Leia as his daughter in Star Wars: A New Hope stems from George Lucas's late decision to make Luke and Leia siblings. Leia's Force abilities and her lack of awareness of her true identity also contributed to Vader's inability to sense their familial connection.
