Had Qui-Gon lived, however, he would have become the father-figure Anakin so desperately needed. The bond between Qui-Gon and Anakin would have been far greater than simply master and apprentice; they'd practically have been father and son.

If he had not burned, Vader could've been stronger, faster, more agile, and continue to perfect his original lightsaber fighting style instead of having to relearn how to fight with a modified Djem So. He would also be able to use Force lightning if he was never burned.

Qui-Gon was ultimately defeated by a move that can only be done with a double-bladed lightsaber as Darth Maul used the handle of the weapon, striking Qui-Gon physically on the chin, stunning him for just long enough to deliver the killing blow.
One of the most skilled Jedi ever with a lightsaber, Mace Windu remains the only Jedi to defeat Emperor Palpatine in a duel in Revenge of the Sith. Windu was mere seconds from ending the Sith for good when Darth Vader stepped in and saved Palpatine, killing Mace in the process.
Though Palpatine regarded Vader with the caution common in a Sith Lord to their apprentice, he nevertheless entrusted much of his plan to Vader's abilities. In this example, the Jedi would likely have failed to survive the Empire. Thwarting Order 66 would only delay the inevitable. With almost the entire galaxy on his side, it would only be a matter of time until Palpatine wiped out the remaining Jedi.
At first, he did regret going against the Jedi (saying "what have I done" after helping Palpatine kill Mace Windu), but by the time he got to Mustafar, he was in it deep and didn't care anymore.
As for Luke, he probably becomes Vader's apprentice and, as Luke is still pretty raw in terms of Force use and lightsaber ability and Vader is a shadow of his former self in both of those respects, it's a toss-up as to whether they kill Palpatine, or he sees them coming and kills them first.
