Darth Vader didn't learn he had a daughter until Return of the Jedi, when he stood before Emperor Palpatine. The Emperor's power probed Luke's mind, attempting to goad him to fall to the dark side, and he discovered Leia's existence.
Darth Vader never knew he had twins until that final battle on the second Death Star. The force ghost of Obi Wan had warned Luke to bury his understanding of Leia deep or Vader would be able to sense his feelings.

In the post-2014 canon universe, the story that reveals Darth Vader discovering Luke Skywalker's identity (and thus the fact that the Death Star's destroyer is his son) is issue 6 of 2015's Star Wars comics by Marvel, which takes place sometime shortly after A New Hope.

Why did Vader not know Leia was his daughter?
Darth Vader's failure to recognize Leia as his daughter in Star Wars: A New Hope stems from George Lucas's late decision to make Luke and Leia siblings. Leia's Force abilities and her lack of awareness of her true identity also contributed to Vader's inability to sense their familial connection.
Vader was hunting down the pilot who blew up the Death Star, and hired Boba Fett to find them. Boba was unable to, but he did give Vader a name: “Skywalker.” This, combined with his knowing Luke was Force-sensitive and had been trained by Obi-Wan, was what made him realize the truth.
Returning to Dagobah to complete his training, an ailing Yoda told Luke the terrible truth that Vader was his father, Anakin Skywalker. Rather than destroy his father, Luke sought to bring him back into the light. At 900 years old, Yoda passed away, telling Luke that there was another Skywalker.
R2-D2 was present when Padmé gave birth to Leia and Luke, so he knew Luke was Anakin's son – but what he didn't know was that Anakin became Darth Vader. In addition to that, Anakin's fall was surely a painful event in R2-D2's life, one that he definitely wouldn't like to remember or even talk about.
Instead of being in the life suit, Vader looks like an older Anakin who never received the devastating injuries, and Padmé and Luke (who struck down Palpatine) are by his side. It's during these visions Palpatine realizes Luke - who he only knew as the Rebel who destroyed the Death Star - is Anakin's son.
Over the next decade, the galaxy was on the verge of civil war with entire star systems—led by Count Dooku, Yoda's one-time Padawan—threatening to secede from the Republic by 22 BBY.
The two recognize Luke's similarities to Anakin and try to prevent him from sharing his father's fate, but they let him remain Luke Skywalker instead of having him go by Luke Lars out of respect for his grandmother, Shmi Skywalker.
More curious, however, is the fact Luke Skywalker - generally seen as the greatest Jedi Master of all - was clearly unaware of Palpatine's resurrection. That's particularly disturbing given the Emperor seduced Ben Solo to the dark side under Luke's watch.
Obi-Wan infamously lied to Luke about his parentage, telling him that Darth Vader murdered Anakin Skywalker, which was metaphorically true but a manipulative move that Luke confronted him on in Return of the Jedi.
And during the conversation, Padme is holding her stomach and appears to have a bump, seemingly confirming she was pregnant long before Revenge of the Sith. However, she chose not to tell Anakin, presumably because he was about to go into a battle.

Han Solo marries Princess Leia and they have three children: twins named Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son named Anakin. Luke reestablishes the Jedi Order, marries a non-movie (but fan favorite) redheaded Force-wielder named Mara Jade, and they have a son, Ben Skywalker (named in honor of Obi-Wan “Ben” Kenobi).
At the end of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Rey visited Luke's childhood home on Tatooine. While on the planet, when someone asked her who she was, Rey responded by saying that she was "Rey Skywalker." Although she wasn't related to them, both Luke and Leia had been mentors to Rey throughout the sequel trilogy.
Born on the planet Hyperkarn in 15 ABY, Rey Palpatine was the daughter of Dathan and Miramir. While their names were lost to history, Rey's father was the cloned son—an artificial genetic strandcast—of the resurrected Darth Sidious, making her the granddaughter of the fallen Galactic Emperor and Dark Lord of the Sith.
In the Rise of Skywalker however, when Kylo Ren ain't injured, he defeats Rey in combat. Luke saw how she was not afraid of the darkness. This reminded him of the destruction that Kylo Ren caused. As a result, he was scared that if he were to train her, she would be swayed by the dark side.
It was highly unlikely that the Grand Inquisitor, Reva, or Darth Vader were ever going to hear anything about Kenobi from Tatooine, and simply changing his name from Obi-Wan (most likely an uncommon name in Tatooine) to Ben would already help him blend in with the locals.
'' Vader's original name is Anakin Skywalker. Anakin is a variation on a race of giants in Genesis, and Skywalker is an appellation for Loki, the Norse god of fire and mischief.
Luke tells Kylo that he will not be the last Jedi before his projection disappears. On Ahch-To, Luke collapses then looks off in the horizon to see the planet's two suns setting before he becomes one with the Force and vanishes.
Din Djarin has been teaching Grogu how to navigate the galaxy, and Grogu could honor his father by becoming a bounty hunter in the future. Grogu does not have to be the new Mand'alor or a Jedi Master. Instead, Din Grogu could make his own through the galaxy, perhaps assisting the New Republic as a bounty hunter.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.
