History. Lady Deadpool is a female counterpart of Deadpool from the alternate reality Earth-3010, named Wanda Wilson. Out of a need to belong and feel wanted, she joined the side of a group of rebels fighting against loyalists in the United States.
Created by artist/writer Rob Liefeld and writer Fabian Nicieza, Deadpool made his first appearance in the pages of The New Mutants #98 cover dated Feb. 1991.
Wade Wilson meets Death in the bowels of Department K's Weapon X program, after "dying" when Dr. Killebrew's horrible experimentation pushes his body too far.

Deadpool is one of many heroes in the Marvel universe that has managed to have numerous children throughout his comic career. Some of his most notable offspring have included a child he had with Lady Death named Deathpool and a son made from his and Wolverine's DNA named Junior.
Deadpool is a mutant who has an accelerated healing factor. He can re-grow his parts or attach them if cut from his body. He is said to have cancer, which resulted in a deformed face, but he does not die due to his heavy healing factor.

In the comics from which the movie is adapted, Deadpool is pansexual – he makes no distinction between genders or gender identity in his choice of partners.
Throughout the entire movie, it is said that he frequently displays many different psychological disorders including attention deficit hyperactive disorder, manic depression disorder, and schizophrenia. One of the disorders Deadpool is diagnosed with is severe ADHD, also known as attention deficit hyperactive disorder.
Typhoid Mary disguised herself as Siryn and slept with Deadpool. Siryn herself also slept with Deadpool, but not to reestablish a romantic connection. She only did so to distract herself from the pain of losing her baby.
Wanda is from an alternate reality known as Earth-3010. Wade Wilson of Earth-616 met her while on a mission to return Headpool back to his home dimension. Wanda was battling Captain America (later General America), who was trying to enforce the fascist laws set in place by the United States Government.
So, can Deadpool die? The answer is yes, but it's not as simple as it seems. While there are ways to kill him permanently, his healing factor makes him incredibly resilient, and his ability to come back from even the most impossible deaths is a testament to his immortality.
Deadpool's new powers as Apocalypse's Famine manifest through the antihero's mouth, from which Deadpool can conjure a deadly cloud of locusts. In order to control this ability, Deadpool has his mouth sewn shut, and only breaks the stitching when he needs to unleash his disgusting yet incredibly effective new ability.
Behind the jokes and the usual insanity, Deadpool ain't just depressive, but also very bitter. He has a grudge against the world, and has a grudge against himself. But he also has a grudge against Wolverine, and that's where his “hatred" of him comes from, if and when it's shown; It's jealousy.

It shocked audiences to witness Thanos's affection toward Gamora when he sacrificed her for the Soul Stone. Seeing the tears on the Mad Titan's face was deceiving and unbelieving. The viewers couldn't fathom the idea that Thanos had a heart; even Gamora didn't believe that her adopted father could love anyone.
Since Gamora was most regularly successful in advancing his ideals and vision for the universe going forward, he favored her, equating her successes with love.
