The end of Star Wars: The Bad Batch season 2 saw Omega captured by Dr. Hemlock, one of the Emperor's most ruthless scientists. Omega was taken to Mount Tantiss, a secret Imperial facility dedicated to cloning.
As the only clone whose body has sustained M-counts, the Empire needed Omega. Dr. Hemlock says so very explicitly in "Juggernaut," telling her, "You are a vital piece to our work here, Omega." Yet, their two-part plan still required one other source.
While escorting Hunter and Wrecker through the streets of Ord Mantell City, Hemlock and his commandos were ambushed by Omega herself, who demanded the return of her brothers. Hemlock cunningly stalled Omega, which allowed commando Scorch to drop behind the young renegade clone and stun her unconscious.
Imprisoned on Mount Tantiss, Omega succeeded in locating Crosshair, but could do little to help her brother or herself. Instead, she returned to a life not unlike the one she had known on Kamino, assisting Nala Se working on secret medical experimentation, a prisoner of the Empire.
After the escape from Tantiss, Omega and the rest of Clone Force 99 returned to Pabu, where they continued to live. At some point, Omega set out to join the Alliance to Restore the Republic as a pilot.
While Omega is the character viewers are the most attached to, she is actually the least likely to go the way of many clones before her. Omega will survive The Bad Batch for the same reason Grogu will outlive The Mandalorian: children are watching.
She lost it while dueling with Rafa Martez but found it and used it to fight against police droids. She later tried using it to fend off Cad Bane after he shot Hunter, but was disarmed by the droid Todo 360 and captured by Bane. Wrecker retrieved the bow and gave it back to Omega after she was rescued from Bora Vio.
Omega retrieved the bow on the Bad Batch's mission to Ord Mantell, taking her now-signature weapon from a Zygerrian slaver who was wielding the deadly firearm.
Summary. Omega's blood shows the potential to host Midi-chlorians, hinting she could become Force-sensitive. Nala Se kept Omega's uniqueness secret by disposing of blood samples, and it is possible she previously injected her with Midi-chlorians.
Emerie Karr was a human female clone created from the genetic template of the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett. She worked as a scientist and doctor with Doctor Royce Hemlock on Mount Tantiss. Following Lieutenant Nolan's death at the hands of Crosshair, Karr supervised the clone's medical treatment.
Midi-chlorian counts were linked to potential in the Force, ranging from normal Human levels of 2,500 per cell to the much higher levels of Jedi. The highest known midi-chlorian count—over 20,000 per cell—belonged to the Jedi Anakin Skywalker, who was believed to have been conceived by the midi-chlorians.
However, Lucasfilm decided to officially revive him in The Mandalorian. He even landed his own spinoff series, The Book of Boba Fett. Omega may never meet Boba Fett on The Bad Batch, but perhaps she could appear in live-action down the lIne.
Hunter quickly became a father figure to the young Omega , who was a mutated clone like the rest of the Batch. Without orders to follow or a Republic to serve, Hunter's new mission was to keep the team together and find a way to survive.

Omega has a close bond with Wrecker, who becomes something a playful older brother to her. He customized a section of the Marauder to act as her own room, and even gave her his tooka doll, Lula. Like the other members of the Bad Batch, Wrecker is protective of Omega.
Viewers will note that a recent Star Wars: The Bad Batch episode confirmed she's older than the rest of the team despite appearing younger. Like Boba Fett, Omega is a largely unaltered clone of Jango, albeit a different gender.
The clones based on Jango Fett were altered to age at twice the normal human rate. A 5 year old Clone is physically equivelent to a normal 10 year old. The clones deployed to Geonosis for the opening battle are between 9 and 10, making them 18-20, physically.
Even though Omega's a clone born on Kamino like the rest of the clone army, it's explained that she's the result of a genetic mutation even more extreme than the ones displayed by the members of the Bad Batch. For one thing, she's a girl while the rest of the clones are all male.
