One of the most iconic Easter eggs in both the first Marvel's Spider-Man and Miles Morales was the appearance of the Sanctum Sanctorum, a now instantly recognizable Marvel landmark that fans know to be the home of Doctor Strange and the rest of the New York sorcerers.
He acquires an assortment of mystical objects, including the powerful Eye of Agamotto and Cloak of Levitation, and takes up residence in a mansion referred to as the Sanctum Sanctorum, located at 177A Bleecker Street, Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City.

Thus the term sanctum sanctorum literally means "the holy [place/thing] of the holy [places/things]", replicating in Latin the Hebrew construction for the superlative, with the intended meaning "the most holy [place/thing]".
The Hong Kong sanctum in the scene is, indeed, based on the historic Lui Seng Chun building in Prince Edward. The team's efforts aren't entirely convincing – it looked more like Chinatown than our own 'hood – but we appreciate the setting all the same.

The map is about twice as big as the original, adding in a chunk of the boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens to go along with Manhattan, and the web wings offer a new way of traversing the huge map.
