Specifically within the park, it's located in the World Nature area, with its entrance right by The Land pavilion. For those not as familiar with EPCOT, it's fairly close to the park entrance.
The Moana experience is located in the new World Nature neighborhood, that already includes dynamic attractions like Soarin' at The Land pavilion and family-favorite The Seas with Nemo & Friends.

October 16, 2023, 1:53 PM · It's the Disney company's birthday today, and EPCOT fans got a present with the official opening of Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana.
EPCOT is now unified with four neighborhoods — World Showcase, World Celebration, World Nature and World Discovery — and each speaks to important aspects of the world and its people. World Showcase continues to celebrate the culture, cuisine, architecture and traditions of countries around the world.
The all-new Moana character meet and greet at Journey of Water is now open at EPCOT. The outdoor meet and greet with Moana is located next to Journey of Water, which has also soft opened to all guests today. Moana begins meet and greets at 9 am, through mid-afternoon daily.
EPCOT Acronym coined by Walt Disney in 1966 meaning Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow. The park was called EPCOT Center when it opened on October 1, 1982. It was a major undertaking for Disney, costing in the neighborhood of $1 billion.

Although the walk-through attraction is officially open, Disney says it will continue using a Virtual Queue during busy periods, as it did during the soft-opening period. No Individual Lightning Lane option exists, and Journey of Water is not part of Genie+.

Overall, Journey of Water is a great addition to Epcot and in my opinion is a must-do if you are at the park, just to see the rockwork and how impressive the landscaping of the area is.
Guests may join the virtual queue throughout the day starting at 9:00 AM. Guests must be inside EPCOT to join the virtual queue. Guests can access the queue using the My Disney Experience app. Guests can only enter the virtual queue no more than once per day.
