Rune King Thor can still lose to the Abstract beings such as Eternity and Infinity due to their respective powers.

Gorr was able to take on King Thor, Avengers Thor and Viking Thor and still win... but RKT was able to take out Mangog without effort, plus his Rune magic means he wouldn't have to engage Gorr in melee, which is where the God Butcher shines.

Base on that logic alone, his most powerful reiteration is Rune King. So Rune King Thor should take this. Logically by implication, Thanos had some impressive feat.
Rune King Thor would win easily. World Breaker Hulk might be physically stronger than Thor, but Rune King Thor is full on reality warper. He's stronger than Thor or Odin with the Odin Force, having given up both his eyes while Odin just gave one. The Odin Force allows the user to destroy entire galaxies on a whim.
Gorr would brutalize Odin. Odin's best years are far behind him. Even with the Odinforce on his side, he's died way more than he's won in recent years. At best, he dies winning.
I'd vote for Dr Strange. Strange has had more individual moments of near omnipotence than any Marvel character. His very title means he has to deal with entities and creatures of unimaginable power. Many of these creatures themselves surpass Rune Thor in power.
Rune King Thor easily defeats normal Scarlet Witch but HOM Scarlet Witch will be a real threat for him. She removed 99% of mutants in entire multiverse: Who would win in a fight: Doctor Strange or Scarlet Witch?
Is Thor stronger than Ultron? Lets answer this from a MCU point of view, since the comics isn't that consistent in their portrayal of characters while MCU is more or less consistent in their character development thus far. Thor is definitely stronger/more powerful than Ultron.
RKT stomps hard, it's not even a contest. This fight isn't even close so I am not going to search scans of their feats. Zeus is somewhere in the Sky father tier while RKT makes the Odinforce look like a child compared to his power. That's actually a hard mismatch, Zeus has no chance.
Can Rune King Thor beat Superman Prime One Million?
If I had to choose a winner, I'd favor Rune King Thor over Superman Prime One Million. His magic gives him a powerful advantage and his powers seem to be far more versatile.
If Hulk was ever embued with the Thorforce (which would make it a Hulkforce), how would he stack up to Rune King Thor and the other skyfathers? He would be comparable to most skyfathers, but far inferior to Rune King Thor.
In my view, Rune King Thor is definitely the most powerful version of Thor, to the point that there will impossibly not be a version of Thor above him. He is a very misunderstood and underrated character.
He has feats such as defeating Surtur (who can destroy a planet), conquering the 9 realms, and sealing away Hela. While there isn't much doubt that Thanos could beat Odin if he had all 6 stones, Odin could probably defeat Thanos if he only had one or two of them.
As Dormammu exists more as a force of nature rather than an opponent Gorr could feasibly face off against, there is no limit to Dormammu's power as of yet, so there's no reason to believe Dormammu would have a hard time doing the same to Gorr the God Butcher.
Both The MCU & Marvel Comics Gorr Have Killed More Gods Than Kratos. The MCU's version of Gorr has a different backstory than Gorr in the comics, giving Kratos more of a fighting chance, but both versions of Gorr have an implied kill count that is an order of magnitude higher than Kratos'.
This would be a interesting fight if it was against regular Thor but this is RUNE KING THOR. RKT would definitely be able to take out Ghost Rider with ease. While Superman could potentially overpower Thor, blows rendered by the mystical Mjolnir would likely impose serious damage on the Kryptonian hero. However, with his super-speed, the Man of Steel could probably avoid the Thunder God's lightning.
Rune King Thor is an incredibly powerful and iconic version of the God of Thunder in the Marvel Universe. In this form, Thor gains near-omniscience, immense magical abilities, and the power to rewrite reality. He's transcended his usual godly limitations and can even stand toe-to-toe with cosmic entities.
However, if we compare the two of them in their most powerful forms, Goku has no chance of emerging victorious against Rune King Thor. No matter how powerful his Ultra Instinct could become when he is enraged, this version of Thor has proven to be several times stronger than Goku.
