Yelena Belova appears in media set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, portrayed by Florence Pugh. This version is a sister to Natasha Romanoff and was trained to be a Black Widow alongside her in the Red Room. Pugh first appears in the live-action film Black Widow (2021).
Pugh's Yelena Belova is the natural successor to take on the Black Widow mantle in the MCU. Not only was she trained by the Red Room, Yelena also grew up as Natasha's younger sister, making her the perfect candidate to bring the full scope of Black Widow's comic book skills to life in the MCU.
Nikolai was killed in the war and the baby girl they conceived did not survive birth. Following World War II, Natasha progressed into the Black Widow Program, where young girls like her were conditioned to become sleeper agents.

Whereas Hawkeye would do anything for the Avengers, he would do more for his family. The Avengers were Black Widow's family, and therefore she was willing to sacrifice her life so that they would succeed in their mission.

So, it's not outside the realm of possibility for Evans to reprise his role as Captain America or Human Torch in Avengers: Secret Wars, especially considering the actor has expressed that he's more willing to return as his Fantastic Four character than the Star Spangled Man with a Plan.
