Cap is one of the few mortals able to not only lift Mjolnir but wield its full power, making him someone who can beat Thor. Assuming the reason for their battle is because Thor is possessed or tricked, Cap would be able to use Mjolnir against him.
Beta Ray Bill, a warrior alien, bests Thor in battle one time. As a reward for his strength, Odin creates a new hammer known as Stormbreaker for Bill. Bill subsequently fights alongside Thor, the Avengers, and Fantastic Four during an engagement on Earth in battle with Surtur.

Loki regards the Hulk as a danger to society, and, because the God of Mischief is attempting a heel-face turn in order to become a hero, he decides to defeat the Hulk. Of course, even despite his Asgardian strength, Loki is no match for the Hulk so he doesn't bother using his strength to subdue the beast.
Thor. Can Thor beat Thanos? In the MCU he certainly would have, if only he had aimed for the head. The Asgardian Son of Odin was extremely close to ending Thanos at the end of Avengers: Infinity War.
Black Panther may not be able to match Thor's mystical potential, but his connection to the Panther God may be able to level that particular playing field in the right circumstances. With Thor's magical abilities theoretically countered, that just leaves his sheer strength to deal with.
Thor. Blessed with the powers and long life of a god, Thor was undoubtedly the most powerful member of the initial version of the Avengers. Not only can he fly and transport between worlds, but he was also the only one capable of taking down Thanos, even after he had assembled all six Infinity Stones.
Surprisingly, the answer is almost certainly, “No.” Although Batman's will and moral compass do make him a worthy candidate for Thor's hammer, his track record with super powers is less than stellar. In several storylines, Batman has acquired genuine superpowers but frequently becomes corrupted by them.
Furthermore, characters like Jane Foster and Beta Ray Bill rule out some of Thor's more divine qualities as prerequisites for hurling his hammer. In a situation where he was fighting a terrible enemy and needed Mjolnir to defeat them, Goku should absolutely be able to lift the hammer.
While Thor is one of the most powerful beings in the MCU, it is known that Scarlet Witch's powers are superior. However, there are a lot of examples, even outside of Marvel, where powerful figures can still be defeated by those less so under the right circumstances.

There's no question the Hulk is a near-indestructible force who comes out on top in almost all of his battles of pure strength. However, against Superman, he's outmatched. While Hulk's strength might rival that of the Man of Steel, Superman's other abilities give him a considerable edge against his opponent.
He might seem like a lightweight compared to other superheroes, but Spider-Man has shown he can be stronger than Thor - multiple times. When it comes to super strength, Spider-Man often ranks fairly low compared to powerhouses like Thor and Hulk.
While Zeus is by no means a pushover, unless he has some immensely powerful tricks up his sleeve in Thor: Love and Thunder, it appears that the MCU's Odin is still the strongest god on the cosmic block.
Odin dominates Goku in intelligence and battle strategy. If there's anyone who can think their way around Goku's massive advantages, it's Odin. Goku beats Odin in physical capabilities, but Odin might just be too smart for him.
Odin has pretty clearly been shown to be demonstrable more powerful than the other gods. Odin's Odinforce has far outstripped anything Zeus's magical lightning bolts have ever done.
