Moon Knight This storyline saw Kang try and rewrite time in his own image but was tempted into battle with his old enemy Khonshu. It's left up to Moon Knight, Khonshu's avatar, to fix time and defeat Kang the Conqueror, which he does very effectively.
Are cosmic entities more powerful than Kang The Conqueror? Yes! Beings like Galactus, Celestials, Aspects, Concepts, hell, even Sentry, and Thor are far stronger than him. The reason why Kang is dangerous is because they're are like a billion of him within the timeline.

Even though the 616-universe's variant of Thor might harbor enough power to take on Kang the Conqueror by himself, Hemsworth's comments about potentially retiring the role suggest that Kang would, in fact, overpower the Asgardian.
At the end, Lang, Pym and his family go home and the ants are left behind in the Quantum realm. The Ants were an extremely powerful and effective force and were ultimately what defeated Kang.

The Inhumans aren't always the most heroic group, but they've fought some powerful villains. Black Bolt and Medusa's son was taken by Kang and he raised the boy in the timestream. Eventually, Ahura Boltagan killed Kang to stop the villain from attacking the Inhumans in the future.
If the two were to fight, it's difficult to tell who would be the victor. Kang is a brilliant schemer with a myriad selection of powerful and destructive technologies, but the Ghost Rider is a force of nature that is quite hard to put down.
He was exiled to the realm by the Council of Kangs — a group made up of other versions of the villain from throughout the multiverse. Quantum Kang was banished because he wanted to slaughter the council so that he was the only version to exist.
There actually is a perfectly good reason for why he isn't as dangerous and powerful as he was set up to be in Loki. As stated above this Kang is an exile, stripped of his powers and resources. Quantum Realm exists outside time so he can't manipulate time, and without the multiverse engine his ship is useless.

Typically, no single superhero is enough to beat him, which is why it usually falls on the entire team to take him down.
While he was sent to the realm as punishment for his actions, he still showed he could rule with an iron fist. Nevertheless, he faced the ultimate defeat by Ant-Man and his family. But the real cause for defeat was more tied to his emotions and selfless convictions.
Jennifer Walters' strongest power was revealed in the She-Hulk finale, but this power means she shouldn't help the Avengers fight Kang the Conqueror. The She-Hulk: Attorney at Law finale proved that Jennifer Walters can't be involved in the Avengers' fight against Kang the Conqueror.
His divine origins and his status as "the God of Strength" make Hercules so powerful that he can rival or surpass even the mightiest Avengers such as Thor or Hulk. However, the Prince of Power has another, more subtle, ability that turns out very useful against masters of time travel such as Kang.
