Punisher, Sin-Eater, The Mace, Kraven the Hunter, to name a few. They usually rely on their equipment and wits rather than powers(though Mace does have night vision), and that was enough for them to defeat him on separate occasions. Even recently on Venom#4, that also happened.

Who does Venom hate?
The Venom symbiote's animosity toward Spider-Man stems from its initial bond with him. In the comics, Spider-Man rejected the symbiote when he realized it was trying to permanently bond with him, and he removed it. This rejection left the symbiote with a strong sense of betrayal and anger.
Carnage is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an adversary of Spider-Man and the archenemy of Venom, in particular the Eddie Brock incarnation of the character, although Carnage and Venom have joined forces when their goals have aligned.
All it took was a bite from Venom to somehow poison Sandman and cause the rogue to decay and, eventually, lose the ability to hold his body together—ultimately killing Sandman for a time.
