Data was never married on “Star Trek: The Next Generation”, or TNG movies. But in an episode on TNG, he built an android daughter named Lal. But she became unstable.

Dahj fought off the soldiers but she was caught by the detonation of their disruptor rifle. The explosion disintegrated Dahj while Picard was blown back by the shockwave, but the Admiral survived.
Sophisticated, clever, and ruthless, Lore is basically Data's evil twin brother. An earlier prototype of what Data ultimately becomes, Lore is programmed with emotions but becomes unstable and maniacal. While a treat for viewers, Lore always means danger for both captain and crew.
Set in the 24th century, the series follows the adventures of the Starfleet crew of the Federation starship Enterprise-D. In this episode, the Enterprise crew discover and reassemble Data's "brother", Lore (both Brent Spiner), who is in league with the entity that destroyed the colony on his home world.

Interestingly, his behaviour post-emotion-chip in the film is just as autistic as before, though no longer as robotic. This is largely neglected by the (very limited) scholarly study of Data as autistic, which focuses on the much larger body of texts of the television series rather than the films.
