Despite her freedom, Belle has fallen in love with Rumple and after some information about true love's kiss from Queen Regina Mills, Belle attempts true love's kiss on Rumplestiltskin.
"Changelings" is the ninth episode of the sixth season of the American fantasy drama series Once Upon a Time, which aired on November 27, 2016. In this episode, Belle's pregnancy is sped up, and Aladdin becomes a genie. In flashbacks, Rumpelstiltskin confronts his mother, the Black Fairy, for abandoning him.
Their relationship strengthened in season two and later in season three when he broke away from her. However, after he is the "Dark One" again, Belle does not accept him as the monster he already is and separates from him. Eventually, they work on their relationship, get married and have a son named Gideon.
When Gold finds a way to leave Storybrooke without losing his memories, Belle is shot by Captain Hook, causing her to fall across the border and lose her memory again. Belle later "remembers" her cursed self as a scantily-clad barfly named Lacey, who encourages the darker urges in Gold.

Do Belle and Rumple get a happy ending?
Long story short: They did get their happy ending, traveling the world together with their son, Gideon (Giles Matthey), before Rumple confessed to searching out a way to get rid of the Dark One dagger so he could be mortal and live out his days with Belle.
As Hook slowly dies from his poisoned heart, Rumple decides to take out his own heart and give it to his former enemy. Not only does the act of heroism end his own life, but it also finally gets rid of his dark ego once and for all as he disintegrates to dust.
Within minutes, Belle gave birth to her baby, but she quickly realized what she needed to do. Echoing Snow and Charming giving up baby Emma for her to have her “best chance” all those years before, Belle gave up her son. She gave the baby, named Gideon, to the Blue Fairy.
Rumple and Belle get married, but Rumple's dark side keeps getting the better of him and Belle banishes him from Storybrooke. Despite this, after Rumple gets back into Storybrooke and has the Darkness removed from him, they eventually reconcile and conceive their son.

De Ravin's post implies that she would have liked to continue with the series, but the showrunners seemed to feel that Belle's character arc had run its course. Once Upon a Time's Disney princess wasn't the only one.
But than season 2 introduces us to Cora's backstory which includes her being in love with Rumple. But it's also implied that Rumple ALSO was in love with Cora: Wanting a child from her, the heartbroken look when Cora tells him she leaves him and him wanting desperatly to know if she really loves him before her death.

Ginnifer Goodwin was pregnant twice while starring on Once Upon a Time. The first time, the writers elected to write her pregnancy into the show, so Snow White and Prince Charming welcomed a son. However, Ginnifer's second pregnancy was simply hidden onscreen.

Ultimately, Wish Hook discovers Emma is pregnant, so he lets her and Hook-Prime return to Storybrooke to get their happy ending. It's then Wish Hook and Regina who continue on this journey with Henry, thus answering the question of how O'Donoghue is sticking with the show, but Morrison is not.
Gold, having realized that it was the Evil Queen who laced Belle's tea with magic sand to speed up the pregnancy, resulting in him being blamed for it and losing his son (again) when Belle sends him away with the Blue Fairy, vows vengeance on the Evil Queen (who in turn blames him for trying to make her kill Zelena).
Regina ultimately didn't end up with any version of Robin, but two characters did find a happy ending together during Sunday's episode of Once Upon a Time.

One of the most popular citizens, Gaston, has decided to marry Belle because she's the prettiest, "and that makes her the best." After sending his goofy friend, Lefou, to prepare for the wedding, Gaston tries to get a moment with his future bride. Belle cleverly avoids him and heads home.
What happened to Rumpelstiltskin in Once Upon a Time?
He has died twice in the series: In Season 3, he sacrifices himself and his father by stabbing themselves with his Dagger. However, Rumplestiltskin was later resurrected by Baelfire and Belle. In Season 7, he is killed off for real when he sacrifices his heart to save Rogers' life.
One of the biggest attributes he lambastes Rumpelstiltskin for displaying is his cowardice: his refusal to fight for his wife, for his family, for his life when Hook runs away with Rumple's unhappy wife, Milah, is the conflict that leads to their centuries-old rivalry.
OUAT season seven suffers from the same anvil-ish dialogue it always has. The curse in Hyperion Heights feels a bit too forced while the alternate lives of Regina, Rumple and Hook seemed a bit uninspired and, honestly, not all that interesting.
The weird kind of flirty but not relationship between the Evil Queen and Rumpelstiltskin. Regina was the only person Rumple taught who didn't end up in love with him. That was thrown out when the Evil Queen kissed him. It was definitely one of the most uncomfortable moments of the whole series.
