Jack does not directly kill anyone in Lord of the Flies. He is part of the frenzy that kills Simon, and one of the boys in his tribe, Roger, kills Piggy. Jack kills two pigs, and he decapitates one of them to leave the head for a peace offering; in doing so, he creates the Lord of the Flies.
The Lord of the Flies appears in Chapter Eight. Jack and his hunters kill a sow and decide to leave an offering for the beast. They cut off the pig's head, and Jack asks Roger to 'sharpen a stick at both ends'.
Jack's selection of the vulnerable sow arises from his defeated attempt to depose Ralph and foreshadows his later actions. While he couldn't impeach Ralph openly and was wounded emotionally in the attempt, he can defeat him by killing the defenseless boys in his tribe, Piggy and Simon.
At the end of Lord of the Flies, most of the boys survive. A littlun goes missing after the group builds a fire that gets out of control, and can be assumed to be dead. Simon gets killed by the group after they mistake him for the beast. Finally, Piggy dies when one of the boys in Jack's tribe throws a boulder on him.
Three of the boys on the island die before the choir is rescued. Simon is killed by accident because the other boys mistake him for a beast. Piggy is murdered by Roger. An unnamed boy with a mulberry-colored birthmark is killed in the forest fire that is set by Jack and his compatriots during their search for Ralph.

Who survives in the end of LOTF?
Only two named characters do not survive, Piggy and Simon. It is implied that a third unnamed boy died in the forest fire earlier on in the novel. So, of the seven main characters, five survive: Ralph, Jack, Sam, Eric, and Roger.
How Does Piggy Die in Lord of the Flies? Piggy dies by falling to the rocks below after Roger releases a boulder from above that glances off of Piggy. Piggy and Ralph have approached the "enemy" camp where Jack and the hunters are preparing for war.
Roger sends a rock topping over the cliffs and onto Piggy, which kills Piggy and destroys the conch. Jack is not remorseful. Instead, he is further excited, and he says that he "meant that," and he tells Ralph that he no longer has a tribe.
When Simon appears and attempts to explain the true identity of the beast, the boys mistake him for the beast itself and attack and kill him. Later, Piggy tries to deny that he and Ralph were involved in Simon's murder, but Ralph insists on acknowleging that they participated.
Golding explicitly connects Jack's exhilaration with the feelings of power and superiority he experienced in killing the pig. Jack's excitement stems not from pride at having found food and helped the group but from having “outwitted” another creature and “imposed” his will upon it.
By the end of the story, Jack is so obsessed with power and his hate for Ralph that he would do anything to get rid of him, including hunting him like an animal and killing him. Jack burns down the jungle in an attempt to flush Ralph out, which, ironically, catches the attention of a passing ship and gets them rescued.
Answer and Explanation: Piggy's real name in Lord of the Flies is never revealed. He makes several attempts to share this information with Ralph at the beginning of the novel, but Ralph isn't interested. As Piggy follows Ralph around, he finally reveals that his nickname is 'Piggy.
In the final pages of Lord of the Flies , Ralph runs through the jungle fleeing both Jack and his pack of savage boys and the fire Jack set on the mountain. Ralph emerges onto the beach and is discovered by a British Naval officer who has come ashore after seeing the burning island from his ship.
Ralph weeps for the innocence lost from the boys on the island, the deaths of Simon and Piggy, his own death which he didn't see a way to avoid, and also for the friendship of SamnEric, the twins, who make a conscious decision not to blow the whistle on Ralph's position even though they have seen him.
In Chapter 4, Piggy is still trying to be friendly with Ralph. He also chastises Jack for leaving the fire unattended after Ralph does. This causes Jack to punch, slap, and taunt him.
While Piggy admonishes the boys for becoming savages, Roger releases a huge boulder in Piggy's direction, knocking him off the cliff to his death on the rocks below. A large wave quickly carries off his body. Jack screams in victory at Ralph and then throws his spear at him.
Roger, the character least able to understand the civilizing impulse, crushes the conch shell as he looses the boulder and kills Piggy, the character least able to understand the savage impulse.
He is also physically different from them as he is fat, has asthma and wears glasses. All these things go towards making him an outsider to the rest of the group. Piggy's real name is never revealed.
Simon is killed by the other boys on the island in a frenzied attack, mistaking him for the "beast" they fear. After Simon's death, his body is washed out to sea, and the boys continue to descend into savagery and chaos.
The only survivors are boys in their middle childhood or preadolescence. A fair-haired boy named Ralph and a fat boy nicknamed Piggy find a conch shell, which Ralph uses as a horn to gather the survivors. Ralph immediately commands authority over the other boys using the conch, and is elected their "chief".
The Beast. The imaginary beast that frightens all the boys stands for the primal instinct of savagery that exists within all human beings. The boys are afraid of the beast, but only Simon reaches the realization that they fear the beast because it exists within each of them.
