One well known victory is when the Hulk faces off against the X-Men in the World War Hulk Series (World War Hulk: X-Men #2-3). Wolverine tries to attack his eyes, a strategy that has worked well before. Hulk immediately grabs him and beats him into a concussion severe enough to knock him out.
Deadpool kills Wolverine by using a sword made from carbonadium that slows down his healing factor, stabbing him and nullifying his regeneration. X-23 temporarily defeats Wolverine's healing factor by hacking and slashing at him and adding dirt to his wounds, preventing his skin from repairing itself.
Essentially, the answer to whether or not Wolverine can be killed with his healing factor is yes, but it's super, super hard to achieve. Short of suffocation or being completely annihilated by the sun, Wolverine is pretty much going to be able to handle anything he gets bombarded with.
In issue 8 of the “Killable” storyline, we open to see a thoroughly defeated Wolverine just kinda getting pummeled by a frustrated Black Panther. Even after catching his breath, Wolverine is no match for the exasperated T'Challa, who essentially holds him by the arms until Wolverine calms down.

Could Wolverine beat Thor?
Wolverine has less experience than Thor, but is a better martial artist. However, that wouldn't make much of a difference. Thor can fly and has Mjolnir at his disposal, giving him options for long range attacks Wolverine can't match. Wolverine is too smart to go against the God of Thunder alone.
Wolverine was one of these heroes. Wolverine ran in with his usual ferocity and got the drop on Thanos, hitting him with all six claws in the chest. Without the Gauntlet, this may have hurt Thanos. With it, it was a meaningless attack.
Magneto may not be impervious to harm like Wolverine, but he has an obvious advantage over him; Magneto can control and manipulate all metals even if there's only a small trace of them. On many occasions, in both the comics and the films, Magneto has used his powers to beat Wolverine.
The fight becomes particularly ugly when Cap crushes the tendons in Wolverine's forearms, after which Logan retaliates by causing a potentially lethal blood clot in Cap's thigh. Ultimately, The X-Men arrive and break up the fight, with no clear winner.

Here, Sabretooth actually had his own adamantium skeleton and claws while Wolverine was fighting with just his bone claws, yet even still, Wolverine managed to come out on top.
His adamantium claws are one of the few weapons in the Marvel Universe that can consistently pierce Hulk's skin and Wolverine has no problem going for Hulk's head. In fact, if it came down to it, Wolverine could cut Hulk's head off, ending the Hulk once and for all.
Weaknesses. Muramasa Blade: Wolverine's only specific vulnerability known to date. Created by having his soul infused into the katana, the efficiency of his mutant healing factor is decreased dramatically if he sustains injury from the Muramasa Blade.
Claremont, by the way, wrote the SECOND time that Wolverine couldn't cut through something with his Adamantium claws, which occurred in X-Men #102 (by Claremont, Dave Cockrum and Sam Grainger), when Wolverine tried to cut the Juggernaut... only to realize that that was not going to work out for him.
As the fight continued, Banner eventually transformed into his "Hulk" form, which was a massive beast the size of a three story building that swallowed Wolverine whole.
Black Panther is Wolverine's superior in a lot of ways and has even been able to beat him in a short fight before, but if it really came down to it, all the cards on the table, Wolverine would beat him.
Wolverine was able to cut Thor and make him bleed, which angered the big guy and lead him to end the fight quickly with lightning and hammer shots. So, in theory, Wolverine could hack Thor's head off, if Thor just sat around and let him do it. But in actual combat, Logan could pretty much only annoy Thor.
Can Wolverine's claws cut Captain America's shield?
Captain America's Proto-Adamantium shield was left unscathed by Wolverine's claws, as it would be in most comic cases. The MCU and X-Men Universe versions of the characters, on the other hand, would have a very different battle of metal.
Ultimately, Cyclops optic blasts are enough to strip Wolverine of his skin and flesh, all the way to his adamantium bones, giving Apocalypse what he needs to power his portal machine. Seeing Apocalypse mind-control Cyclops to take down Wolverine makes for quite a harrowing moment.
Wolverine, given enough time, could defeat Colossus in a fight using only his claws, but he would have a terrifically difficult time doing so; the latter's skin is made of adamantium, same as Logan's claws, and even a demon-controlled Wolverine can do very little against him.
On top of that, Logan's claws can cut through nearly anything, including the skin of beings like the Hulk. Piercing Superman's flesh would be difficult but far from impossible for Wolverine, making the Man of Tomorrow vulnerable to every slash and stab attack Logan lands on him.
On that occasion, Wolverine proved he was stronger than Deadpool, who still went as Weapon XI at the time. The tilt between the former Team X members ended with Wolverine decapitating his foe, seemingly ending their rivalry. However, Wade Wilson survived the fatal blow thanks to his extraordinary regeneration powers.
Wolverine would be an unconscious smoking wreck after facing off with Shazam. While he would heal from any damage, Shazam could keep taking Wolverine out of the fight without breaking much of a sweat.
