Aquata is the fourth daughter of King Triton and Queen Athena. She has a blue tail and wears a matching seashell bikini top. She has brown eyes (orignally blue in two films and TV series) and brown hair with bangs that is worn in a ponytail tied up with a band of white pearls.
' There's long since been a fan theory that Ariel and her sisters represent bodies of water from each of the Seven Seas. While the sisters mostly stay in their palace, it makes more sense to have them frequently travel to, if not live in, the oceans they represent.
The names of Ariel's sisters in the live-action version of The Little Mermaid were changed, along with their role in the underwater world's royalty, thus expanding their roles even if slightly. Suddenly, the festivities are put on hold as Ursula's sister Morgana arrives, with a shark named Undertow. Morgana claims she's here to exact revenge for the death of her sister, threatening to feed Melody to Undertow.
