Maggie Kyle is Selina Kyle's estranged younger sister. She was once part of a convent as a nun. She explored the world, and moved back to Gotham after marrying her husband, Simon Burton.
After destroying Catwoman's youth center, Black Mask kidnaps her sister and brother-in-law, the latter of whom he tortures to death with power tools, before forcing the former to eat pieces of her husband's corpse, including his eyeballs.
Selina is the older of two sisters (Maggie being the younger) born to Brian and Maria Kyle. Catwoman v. 1 #0, which provides details about Selina's childhood, neglects Maggie's existence. Maria Kyle was a distant parent who preferred to spend her time with cats, and committed suicide when Selina was very young.

Helena Wayne is the original incarnation of The Huntress, originating from the original golden age Batman continuity of Earth 2. Helena was the biological daughter of Batman and Catwoman, raised to be a lawyer-by-day/vigilante-by-night and eventually became her father's successor.
Sister Magdalene "Maggie" Kyle is the daughter of Brian and Maria Kyle and the maternal half-sister of Selina Kyle. She was contacted by Batman and Batgirl to be bait to lure her sister out.

In the end of the red hood dlc story pack for Arkham Knight, Black Mask is supposedly killed by Red Hood. However, he is known to have a history of using body doubles because he's insanely paranoid. He even uses one of these doubles in Arkham Origins, which Joker kills.

It is heavily speculated that Annika and Selina's relationship was romantic, mainly due to Kyle being confirmed as bisexual in promotional material and her affectionate references to Annika as "baby" (later referring to Batman in the same way later).
