Despite his impressive fighting skills, however, Darkseid rarely resorts to personal combat to defeat his foes. Instead, he uses his servants to defeat his enemies for him. Apparently, Darkseid only fights opponents he deems worthy, such as Superman, Batman or Orion.
Darkseid, born Uxas, is the overarching antagonist of the 2021 DC Extended Universe film Zack Snyder's Justice League. He is an ancient and all-powerful cosmic warlord who reigns over the planet Apokolips and desires to rule the multiverse with the Anti-Life Equation.

Green Lantern and Batman go to the center of the anti-matter universe and realize that Anti-Monitor is Mobius, the one who created the Mobius Chair. The Anti-Monitor uses the Anti-Life Equation to force the Flash to fuse with the Black Racer, and the fused Flash-Black Racer kills Darkseid.
Just looking at the numbers, Darkseid would win. His Omega Beams wipe out anything they hit from existance, or in the case of Batman send that person back in time.
Both were created around the same time and both had similar looks, making comparisons inevitable. Debate has raged over who is the most effective of the two, and while both have cut multiple paths of destruction across their universes, Darkseid is by and large the scarier of the two.
Marvel has several Superman analogs, and the most powerful is Hyperion. There have been several versions of Hyperion over the years, but the most formidable is the one who joined the Avengers and helped them battle against threats like Thanos and the Beyonders. That Hyperion would be able to defeat Darkseid.
But the mech version of Superman has a grudge against Darkseid right from the very beginning. Instead of wanting to protect Earth for the sake of saving his adopted home world, this version of Superman wants to take on Darkseid in order to avenge his original home world of Krypton.
However, where does Steppenwolf come into play, and which DC villain is stronger? Darkseid is most definitely the stronger of the two beings, as Steppenwolf serves as Darkseid's general, leading the Parademon armies into battle on his behalf.

He has superhuman speed and strength, and once fought Zeus to a standstill. Thor would certainly be thwarted by Darkseid. This fearsome villain would be able to drain the lifeforce from him, and even his godly weaponry doesn't seem like it could withstand Darkseid's Omega Beams.
But then how did Odin beat Darkseid? WIZ: Odin tore the 4th world, the home of the gods, out of the divine sphere, thus Darkseid was no longer a higher dimensional being, just one god in one universe. This made it possible for Odin to kill Darkseid.
Darkseid and the power of Apokolips would be able to overwhelm any defenses Doom could set up in Latveria. While Doom has been able to overcome powerful beings in the past, Darkseid and all he can bring to bear would allow him to destroy Marvel's powerful being.
Cosmic Ghost Rider will still put up a good fight but it would be futile; none of his powers would be able to affect Darkseid. Sure, he can blast him or punch him but that's not going to do much against a god.
Amid the battles, Darkseid and Thanos meet, where the Mad Titan offers a wager to the DC supervillain. He asks Darkseid if he'd like to make a wager on the fights, showing respect by referring to him as the "Lord of Destruction."
When one compares Darkseid's pure brute strength to Ultra Instinct Goku, there isn't that much of a difference. However, the fact that Goku's frequency and power increase while using Ultra Instinct means the Dragon Ball warrior has to be ranked a bit higher.
By most accounts, Superman seemingly outclasses Thor in terms of raw strength, especially in earlier versions of the DC Universe. He's pulled planets, punched people into orbit, and performed all sorts of wild feats of strength.
In the Justice League's post-Flashpoint debut, Aquaman notably inflicts a critical wound on Darkseid, blinding him with his trident and preventing him from using his deadly Omega Beams and proving that the King of the Seas can defeat the Apokoliptian conqueror.
