It is then revealed that the Joker's real name is "Jack Oswald White." Martha then shares that she visited the Flashpoint universe's version of Jack Oswald White, discovering him to be a struggling family man supporting his wife and a child as a janitor at Wayne Casino.

While the two worked together for years, the only one keeping any semblance of a relationship alive was Harley. Truthfully, the Joker was never that interested in Harley, save as someone he could easily leave holding the bag during his criminal endeavors.
The main difference between the relationship with Joker and the one with Ivy is that the Joker was intentionally cruel. Ivy, on the other hand, hurt Harley by accident. She recognized she was wrong, as shown in this issue's ending.

Having turned over a new leaf after Joker's death at the hands of Superman, Harley becomes a member of Batman's Insurgency in Injustice: Gods Among Us. She participates in many battles between the Insurgency and Superman's Regime, where she meets Shazam and develops a big crush on him.
