While Deadpool and Wolverine are both practically immortal because of their respective healing factors, the way the two abilities work within their bodies are very different.
In multiple comics over the years, it's been established that Deadpool's healing factor is more powerful than Wolverine's. Deadpool can survive anything. If his head is cut off, he'll regrow his body over a few weeks.

When Mr. Sinister looks into his five-year plan, it reveals Juggernaut is used as a weapon to murder Thanos, as his powers are boosted, turning him into a being strong enough to kill the Mad Titan in one of the most brutal ways imaginable.
This feat means that even though Juggernaut's magic makes him unstoppable, Hulk has the overwhelming power to thwart Juggernaut's supernatural rules. But he still can't force him to surrender, or destroy him as he would need to for a true 'win.
