Kiri te Suli Kìreysì'ite is a fourteen-year-old Na'vi, the adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri, and the biological daughter of Grace Augustine's avatar. She is one of the main characters in Avatar: The Way of Water.
But Grace left behind her Na'vi avatar, which was kept in stasis by Neytiri, Jake Sully, and her other scientist friends, as per media reports. Grace's avatar gives birth to Kiri, and Jake adopts her. Jake describes Juri's conception as a total mystery. It could be an immaculate conception.
Before she died at the foot of the Tree of Souls, she told Jake that she was with Eywa. Despite her death, her avatar gave birth to a daughter named Kiri, who was later adopted by Jake and Neytiri.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Kiri is the inquisitive and intelligent adopted daughter of Jake Sully and Neytiri. Not long after Grace Augustine's death, her dormant avatar was discovered to be pregnant, and Jake and Neytiri adopted the child when she was born.

The Soul Tree is the heart of Eywa, the goddess that guides all of Pandora. Avatar: The Way of Water illustrates that Kiri has a special connection to Eywa, which means she can wield powers and feel her more deeply than other Na'vi.
Kiri was birthed from the avatar of Dr. Grace Augustine, Weaver's character in the first film who died after helping the Na'vi against the colonizing Resources Development Administration (RDA), a greedy company that mines Pandora for its natural resources.
Spider's Mother Is Paz Socorro (Revealed In Avatar Comics)
It has been confirmed through Avatar comics that Spider's mother is Paz Socorro. While Avatar: The Way of Water takes place a decade after the first movie, James Cameron's original sequel script did not have as big of a time jump.
A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Her seizure is likely connected to her conception. Audiences still have no idea as to who her father is, which is a plot point James Cameron has left for future installments. The character's connection to Eywa might be something unique and she may have a deity-like essence because of such a strong connection.

What we do know is that Grace's last moments of consciousness in Avatar are tied to a Tree of Souls. She seemingly died during that ritual, but she also said that she was "with" Eywa, and we now know that while Grace might not be fully alive anymore, something of her essence was preserved in her Na'vi avatar.
Who Are Kiri's Parents? Due to her unusual origins, she is unlike anyone the other Na'vi have seen before. Kiri is directly descended from Grace Augustine's avatar, who was discovered to be pregnant shortly after her death.
Grace was fascinated with how the Na'vi were connected to each other, Pandora, and Eywa. Now, Kiri, who is intrinsically connected to Grace, has a much deeper connection to the Na'vi deity than anyone else. Kiri can hear Eywa in a way no other Na'vi has been able to, not even the spiritual leaders.

Avatar's prequel comic, Avatar: The High Ground, revealed that Paz Socorro is Spider's mom, a Scorpion pilot for the Resources Development Audition (RDA).

As a manifestation of the unseen will of Pandora, it is unclear what Eywa truly is. The Na'vi people refer to it using feminine pronouns, worshipping her much like a deity, with their religious practices tied to natural wonders such as the Tree of Souls, but Eywa's will seems to extend far beyond that.
