Hawkeye is good, but he isn't beat Daredevil good. Captain America isn't even beat Daredevil good. Daredevil's super senses allow him to anticipate his foe's movements, and he's easily agile enough to dodge Hawkeye's arrows and outfight him in hand to hand combat.
