Once he became Darth Vader, Anakin had long become superior to Dooku and Mace Windu. He exceeded their power while still living as Anakin Skywalker, and greatly exceeded their power later in life, both in the force and in lightsaber combat.
Based on skill alone and no force powers, Vader is probably the better duelist, but Windu's Vapaad, allowed him to siphon dark side energy from his opponent into himself and high ten his abilities, allowing him to win against Sidious.
Meanwhile, Mace had to turn slightly to the dark between the duel between him and Sidious to win. Yoda on the other hand, didn't turn dark. So, this proves that Yoda is far more stronger than Sidious or Mace Windu. It was because of his smaller stature that he was flung back farther and harder.
In Star Wars Legends and Canon, Galen Marek (Starkiller) is the only Jedi (other than Obi-Wan Kenobi) to put a beat down on Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Galen was secretly trained as a Sith Lord apprentice to Vader, but returned to the light side and the Jedi.
And while Anakin is not as tough as the Hulk physically he's far faster and his telekinesis is much more powerful than any of Batman's weapons. So Batman goes down next. Now it comes down to Anakin vs the Hulk. The Hulk would give Anakin a good fight, but ultimately he would go down.

Was Maul afraid of Vader?
Yep. Darth Maul didn't really say or show straight up that he "feared" Darth Vader, but he openly stated his belief that he could not defeat Darth Vader without the help of the Jedi, therefore on his own.
He would use the seething rage pouring out of maul against him, and as mauls force power was so much weaker than windu's it would be an undisputed win for windu. They had a brief skirmirsh in Son of Dathomir (canon comic).
Windu has created and fully mastered Vaapad, a variant of Form VII. Yoda mastered the original variant known as Juyo. Both of them were able to fight with Palpatine on equal ground, matching him blow for blow. It is stated that Yoda beat Mace in a sparring match.
There are certainly scenarios where Darth Vader would have the upper hand in a duel with Yoda, but in most cases, Yoda would be the more likely victor. Vader wields absurd levels of Force power during his dark side prime that would certainly rival Yoda's own abilities, but likely not exceed them.
In the long run, both Windu and Yoda outdid Palpatine. His belief that Mace Windu was more powerful than Yoda was of little account. After all, Windu himself knew Yoda was superior, and he had no qualms about admitting it.
He has decades of experience and even though Rey's brute power has seen her through every fight, Vader has the power and the skill, something Rey lacks in comparison. Rey just couldn't match up to Vader.
Mace seemed to defeat Sidious and raised his lightsaber to strike down the Sith Lord, but a desperate Anakin ignited his own weapon and severed Mace's forearm. Sidious then blasted Mace with Force lightning, sending the great Jedi champion plummeting to his death.
Anakin would absolutely walk over Rey. Not only is he the most force-sensitive being ever, but he is extremely skilled with a lightsaber. Rey, on the other hand, does something called “Baseball bat swing.” Where she swings her lightsaber around trying to hit anything and everything. This fight is over.
Most of the prequel-era Jedi never got to interact with Luke Skywalker, including Mace Windu. However, in a hypothetical crossover between Luke and the prequels' Jedi Order, Mace Windu would be a strong candidate to defeat Luke Skywalker.
Like all in the Order, the young Korun boy was taught by Grand Master Yoda when he was a learner, and eventually went on to become a Padawan to another Jedi. At one point during his apprenticeship, Windu trained under Master T'ra Saa.
If Mace Windu never used Vaapad on Darth Sidious, could Windu have beaten Sidious? Honestly, no. Vaapad, the seventh from of lightsaber combat, is a dangerous fighting style that used both the light side of the Force combined with the dark side. It gave Mace the upper hand in many scenarios.
Though seemingly unbeatable, General Grievous famously met his end on Utapau, thanks to Obi-Wan, and was previously defeated by Mace Windu during the Battle of Coruscant, but Windu had also bested Grievous one other time, as shown in issue 5 of Star Wars: Obsession, by Haden Blackman and Brian Ching.
By the time of Episode 3; Anakin is in his prime, and already one of the Jedi Order's most powerful “masters” (although technically still a knight), just behind Obi-Wan, Windu, and Yoda. Maul wouldn't stand a chance.
Dooku did actually beat Windu in a lightsaber duel back when he was still a Jedi. In fact, the only two Jedi in the entire Order to ever beat Windu were Dooku and Yoda.
Summary. Darth Vader's intense hatred extends beyond Obi-Wan Kenobi and himself to Emperor Palpatine, as revealed in Star Wars: Darth Vader #39. Vader had to tap into his deep-rooted hatred for Palpatine to overcome a deadly Scourge and destroy a Clone Wars-era droid.
And while his warnings don't work, at the very least, it shows that Maul became aware of Anakin and what he would soon become. With the rise of the Empire, it's likely Maul caught on to Vader's existence pretty quickly.
