Nebula appears in The Super Hero Squad Show, voiced by Jane Lynch. This version is Thanos' older sister. Nebula, based on the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) incarnation, appears in Guardians of the Galaxy (2015), voiced by Cree Summer.

In the comics, Thanos has a son named Thane. Thane is the secret son of Thanos and an Inhuman woman. Thanos also has 5 children called the “Black Order”, whose background stories have never been revealed, but it's very likely that they were all adopted by Thanos.
While audiences never got to see Quicksilver at full power, super-speed is one of the best abilities a hero can have when facing an enemy like Thanos. With enough training, Quicksilver would have been more than capable of defeating Thanos when he finally arrived in Infinity War.
