Roy Batty. Roy Batty is the leader of the renegade Nexus-6 replicants and the main antagonist of the film. He was activated on January 8, 2016, which makes him 3 years and 10 months old by the time of the events of the film.
All he wanted to do was leave the city that made him kill his own kind for entertainment, and live the rest of his life in peace. But, that didn't happen, all thanks to the 'heroic' Blade Runner. If Marlowe seems like the obvious bad guy in this situation, it's because he was–and so was Deckard in the original.
Creator opinions. Harrison Ford, who played Deckard in the film, has said that he did not think Deckard is a replicant, and that he and director Ridley Scott had discussions that ended in the agreement that the character was human. According to several interviews with director Ridley Scott, Deckard is a replicant.
Deckard revealed to K Rachael's name, and why Deckard was hiding. Deckard claimed they were being hunted, and they didn't want their child to be found and studied or dissected.
Because of this memory, K became convinced that he was Rachael and Deckard's child, but was eventually informed by Freysa that he was not and that the child was female. With this revelation, K soon determined that Stelline was the child. K took Deckard to Stelline's lab as she interacted with a snowfall hologram.

Why did the replicant save Deckard?
On top of that, Roy saving Deckard proves that Roy believes that all life has value, not just his. Roy realizes that Deckard is in the exact same position he was in, with Deckard wanting to be saved, thus extending his life. Although Tyrell couldn't extend Roy's life, Roy knows that he can extend Deckard's life.
Blade Runner 2049 revealed that Rachael was the first replicant to get pregnant. Deckard is the father, and it's suggested - though never stated aloud - that the only way a replicant could get pregnant is by another replicant.
Deckard was a human in the 2019 (the 1982 film) and through a Herculean effort survived his encounter with Batty and fled Los Angeles with Rachael at some point after Batty's death. Deckard was a replicant and fled with Rachael, another replicant, after Batty's death.
However, he later learns that, even if the memory is real, it was not his own but Dr Ana Stelline's. Through her work, Dr Stelline shared her memory with K, and this allowed him to understand what it was like to walk in her shoes, but most importantly, to believe himself a free, loved replicant.
The major reason why Deckard Shaw was set up as a villain was to avenge his brother's death. At the end of Fast & Furious 6. he broadsided Han with his Mercedes S-Class and appeared to have killed him as part of his revenge plot.
Shortly after the incident with Zhora, Leon disarmed and beat Deckard severely after he witnessed him kill Zhora. Just as he was about to poke his fingers through Deckard's eyes, he was shot by Rachael, who had picked up Deckard's gun. Official records maintained that Deckard retired Leon.
Extremely hot-tempered and violent, Luv was a complete and utter killing machine. She shows no remorse whatsoever after committing murder and does anything in order to serve her master Niander Wallace.
Deckard is no standard hero, but more of an anti-hero. He's very human, almost weak: drinking too much, living life as a loner, gaining a few pounds too many, not getting along with his collegues. The world he lives in is merciless and unforgiving.
That seems pretty definitive, but even so – the film remains open to interpretation, and Denis Villeneuve's 2017 sequel “Blade Runner 2049” does nothing to confirm or deny Deckard's replicant nature.
In Las Vegas, during a thorough search of the city with his drone, K identified heat signatures that indicated life. This led him to an abandoned casino, where he encountered ex-Blade Runner Rick Deckard and his dog. Deckard held him at gunpoint, questioning why he was there.
Ana Stelline (Carla Juri), who is Deckard and Rachael's daughter but has no idea of this and now works as the world's best memory fabricator. We don't know if she planted that memory in only K's brain or in the brains of hundreds of replicants, hoping one of them would follow this message in a bottle. Maybe others did.
The horse, with the inscription "6.10. 21", establishes the connection between the dead female replicant who gave birth and died on 6.10. 21, and K himself, implying that the memories were not in fact "implanted" but are rather genuine after all.
Rachael appears to have some kind of feelings of her own. It's a strange twist, but it allows Rick Deckard to make love to her. By the end of the story, Rachael Rosen has changed slightly through her relationship with Deckard, but maintains a cynical attitude toward her job seducing bounty hunters.
Blade Runner raises the question of whether a constructed being should count as a person. In the movie, replicants lack legal rights and are not regarded as human. Similar questions are raised in later unrelated works such as Her and Westworld.
Though the theatrical "happy ending" seems to diminish Blade Runner's intended themes a bit, the conclusion still could be summarized as the inevitability of death and the dehumanization of technology.
When the Replicant Registration database leaked to the public, human supremacists began hunting and killing every replicant on Earth. This culminated with the Blackout in May 2022, causing the destruction of the planet's digital technology and economic collapse. Common citizens then gravitated toward analog technology.
This is when she slices his eyes with her katana, permanently blinding him. While Elle manages to escape with her life and leave Los Angeles for parts unknown, her actions may have actually motivated Wallace Jr. to become the ruthless CEO he is in Blade Runner 2049.
During the final fight with K, after subduing him, she smugly kissed him and retorted "I am the best one!", as if trying to prove her superiority over not just K, but all other replicants, further hinting at her deep-seated insecurities that she kept well-hidden.
