Below the surface Catwoman and Black Cat are far different individuals. As stated before, Felicia Hardy grew up wealthy and steals for fun and the thrill of it. Selena Kyle aka Catwoman is the exact opposite. She grew up poor and steals for money.
It's a very close call, but Black Cat's powers and enhanced costume gives her the edge, narrowly making her our top cat. That being said, we'd gladly adventure or plunder alongside either of these incredible cat burglars as heroes or thieves.
