MODOK's Origin in 'Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania'
Darren Cross, aka Yellowjacket (Corey Stoll), was the villain of the first Ant-Man, defeated by being shrunk down into the Quantum Realm in the final battle of the movie. In the process, his head was enlarged greatly, and his body mutated.
Prior to his appearance in Quantumania, though, Majors made his MCU debut in the Season 1 finale of Loki, playing one (of many) variants of his villain Kang the Conqueror named He Who Remains.
Many Easter eggs in Quantumania reference previous Ant-Man films, the MCU, and Marvel Comics, tying together past and future storylines. He Who Remains, Janet's retcon, and Hope's role at PymVanDyne provide depth to the characters' histories in the MCU.
Kang the Conqueror was exiled to the MCU Quantum Realm by his own variants in the Council of Kangs due to his attempts to eradicate them and become the sole Kang in the multiverse.
