Perhaps the Marvel Universe's deadliest symbiote, Carnage debuted in AMAZING SPIDER-MAN (1963) #345. Shortly after spawning from Venom, the Carnage symbiote bonded to a serial killer named Cletus Kasady.
Undoubtedly the most powerful symbiote of all in terms of sheer strength is the King in Black, yet Eddie Brock has blown past even that by once again helping to reinvent what a symbiote can be.

While coming close to killing Spider-Man numerous times in battles since their initial encounter, Venom also began to act as an antihero of sorts, hunting down and often killing people it believed to be guilty, while attempting to protect those in danger.
Venom is also depicted as having spawned several children—Scream, Lasher, Phage, Agony, Riot, Mania, Sleeper, and most notably, Carnage, who becomes Venom's archenemy after being bound to serial killer Cletus Kasady.
The spiral symbol itself was a symbol of the cult of carnage. The venom wings, was from the king in black story. the KiB is kinda a crazy story. The enigma force turns out to be a symbiote, Venom made an Axe out of Mjolnir and the surfer's board.

Drake would ultimately be bonded with a symbiote named Riot, and have no more use for Eddie. His last act is an attempt to launch a rocket that would bring more symbiotes back to Earth, but he is stopped and killed by Venom.
Symbiotes. Scream was one of the five Life Foundation Symbiotes that were forcefully spawned from the Venom symbiote. Unlike her "brothers", she wasn't merged into the Hybrid symbiote, being still at large at the time.
The names Agony, Screech, and Shriek are fan names for Agony and her host Leslie Gesneria. The fan-name Agony was devised as being a name suited for a symbiote that seems to be a female version of Carnage, due to her appearance and coloration.
Furthermore, Riot was more equipped for battle and proved to be stronger than Venom every step of the way. It wasn't until Eddie Brock and his symbiote combined their willpower to trick Riot that they secured their victory.
Carnage is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics, usually as an adversary of Spider-Man and the archenemy of Venom, in particular the Eddie Brock incarnation of the character, although Carnage and Venom have joined forces when their goals have aligned.
Right out of the gate, Knull proves himself a far more powerful threat to the entire Marvel Universe than Thanos ever did, and over the course of just one issue no less.
