During one of Belle's virtual concerts, the stadium is crashed by a horned, menacing creature known as the Dragon (Takeru Satoh), who comes straight from the dark id of anime monsterdom.
While the two deeply care about each other, Suzu does not manage to confess her feelings to Shinobu despite repeatedly trying to gain the courage to do so, even willing to give him up to Luka, who she believes also has a crush on him since they had a minor incident.

What happened to Kei and Tomo in Belle?
The boys thank Belle for helping them while Tomo tells her that she's just as beautiful as her AS. While it is not shown what happens to him after, it could be presumed that both Tomo and Kei were removed from their father's custody by child services or they ran away to live with another relative.
