The current Cheetah, Barbara Ann Minerva, is a former archeologist and treasure-hunter who sold her soul to the plant-god Urtzkartaga for power and immortality, not realizing she would be bound in eternal servitude to him. She, aside from Circe and Ares, is arguably Wonder Woman's deadliest archenemy.

Aquababy was murdered by Black Manta, an event that changed the Aquaman storyline. Black Manta kidnapped Aquababy and put him inside a sphere, slowly filling it with air, as Aquababy was unable to breathe outside of water. Black Manta had Aquaman fight Aqualad in exchange for Aquababy's life.
Malcolm Thawne, also known as Cobalt Blue, is a supervillain in DC's New Earth. He is the older twin brother of the superhero Flash and the ancestor of Professor Zoom. While Cobalt Blue's appearance in the comics was brief, he proved to be a formidable obstacle for Wally West.
It's no question that the Reverse Flash is the Flash's greatest villain in any medium, with this show being absolutely no exception. Eobard Thawne, the man who murdered Barry's mother out of pure spite, is the Flash's nemesis in every way possible.
