In the comics, Zor-El's wife is named Alura In-Ze (sometimes her first name is spelled Allura). In Silver Age, Alura was once believed killed along with the destruction of Argo City. However, it was later revealed that both Alura and her husband, Zor-El, survived and relocated to the city Kandor on the planet, Rokyn.
Kara Zor-El has never had a child in the current continuity. By the time she was introduced into the current continuity, she was only sixteen years old. In that time, she's spent much of her time operating as a superhero or trying to figure out a way to restore Krypton or get revenge for the planet that she lost.

Is Zor-El stronger than Superman?
Beyond that, Supergirl just doesn't hold back. Honestly, Superman is not as strong even when he doesn't hold back. In DC Comics' 2021 series Crime Syndicate, we see Earth-3 Kal-El become the evil Ultraman. Though Ultraman seems to be unstoppable, Kara Zor-El defeats him with ease.
In season six, Alex assists in the fight of Lex Luthor. While advised by Lena Luthor to inform Kelly about Supergirl's identity, Alex is persuaded by J'onn to take on the Sentinel alias. After the defeat of Lex and Nyxlygsptlnz, Alex and Kelly got married.

During the Invasion Mon-El and Kara had an affair which led to Kara's pregnancy with Mon-El's child. Mon-El kept the child a secret from his mother. Rose was born on Earth during the invasion of the Daxamites.
By all accounts Supergirl's marriage to Salkor was a happy one, and learning of his cousin's happiness with Salkor helped Superman come to terms with her death as well.
After taking a season-long break from romance, Supergirl's fifth season is trying its hand at love once again, this time with new character William Dey (Staz Nair).
In the season finale 3x23 (Battles Lost and Won), Mon-El decides to leave back to the future as he realizes he is needed. He makes the selfless sacrifice to fulfill his role as a Legionnaire and return back with Imra. Because he had to leave, their relationship had to end.
