In Scream 4, a killer appears when Sidney returns to Woodsboro on the fifteenth anniversary of the original killings. This killer is revealed to be Sidney's cousin Jill Roberts (Emma Roberts), with horror film fan Charlie Walker (Rory Culkin) serving as her accomplice.
Marnie Cooper - Charlie showing Sidney his footage of his Marnie kill seems to confirm he killed her. That being said, both Ghostface killers had cameras so it could have been either of them. Jenny Randall - Jill killed her, as she likely had a grudge against her for cheating with Trevor.
In fact, the original script ended with Jill surviving. Jill gets seven kills in the film, way more than her partner Charlie, who also ends up on her kill list by the end. Jill is the one who actually kills the cops outside her house since Charlie was off hosting the Stab-A-Thon.
Charlie may have been the least likely suspect, and that's exactly how he (almost) got away with it. However, Charlie was also one of the weakest of all the Ghostfaces. Not only was he killed almost immediately by his accomplice (more on her later), but each of his kills was sloppier than the last.

Billy Loomis - Billy single-handedly killed 2 people, and with Stu's help, he killed two more for a total of 4 kills. Along with Stu, he killed Maureen Prescott (Sidney's mother) and also Casey Becker (Stu's ex-boyfriend).
The Child's Play franchise is known for its brutal, high kill counts. Racking up the kills together from all seven movies, Chucky has killed a total of 67 people.
Sidney first shocks Jill in the head with defibrillator pads, before later finishing her off with a shot to the chest. In all, Scream's Sidney Prescott killed four out of nine versions of Ghostface, though if Stu ever returns, that number would fall to three.

Ghostface was not a supernatural demon like Freddy Krueger or an unkillable bogeyman like Michael Myers — he was just a guy (or really, two guys) in a costume. Scream was a slasher, but it was also a whodunit.
