Professor Marazion succeeded Minerva McGonagall in the post of Head of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. This individual became Headmaster or Headmistress some time between 2008 and 2017 after Minerva McGonagall went into retirement as she was "getting on a bit".
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Slughorn briefly appears with other teachers assembling to fight Death Eaters. As Snape is now Headmaster, Slughorn has again assumed the post of Head of Slytherin.
The once shy and awkward Neville Longbottom showed his true bravery during the battle of Hogwarts and eventually became the head of Gryffindor House while also teaching new students Herbology, his favorite subject.

Although it was briefly speculated in Chamber of Secrets, Harry is not, in fact, a direct descendant of Salazar Slytherin, though he is a distant cousin of Lord Voldemort, as both are descended from the Peverell family. Slytherin built the Chamber of Secrets to allow his heir to purge the school of Muggle-borns.
After the end of the Second Wizarding War, Neville briefly served as an Auror, before becoming the Herbology professor and the Head of Gryffindor House at Hogwarts and marrying Hannah Abbott from Herbology. He was also the godfather of Harry and Ginny's second son, Albus Potter.
Hagrid was the surname of a wizarding family. Mr Hagrid married the Giantess Fridwulfa, and she bore him a half-giant son named Rubeus Hagrid. It is unknown if Rubeus Hagrid ever had children, but it is known that he did not marry.
He actually asked the Sorting Hat to place him in Hufflepuff, as he was intimidated by Gryffindor's reputation for bravery, but the Sorting Hat didn't agree.
