Mundungus Fletcher is one of six Order members to be disguised as Harry by means of Polyjuice Potion, and will ride with Moody. As they leave the house, they are attacked by multiple Death Eaters, and by Voldemort.
Mundungus was paired along with Moody during the Battle of the Seven Potters. When Voldemort attacked them, Mundungus was frightened and disappeared, abandoning Moody, who was killed by Voldemort.
Moody was partnered with a reluctant Mundungus Fletcher who didn't want to participate in the move out of fear. The team was ambushed by Death Eaters on take-off.
Alastor Moody was killed by Lord Voldemort while flying with Mundungas Fletcher, and assisting in the transportation of Harry Potter to his safe house. Voldemort, using his ability to fly, went straight for them as he believed Harry would be flying with the most skilled witch or wizard in the Guard, which was Moody.

Was Dolores Umbridge a death eater?
Harry describes Umbridge to Sirius Black, saying that she's vile enough to be a Death Eater, despite not being one. Umbridge is also depicted to be a prejudiced person, despising half-breeds and Muggle-born witches and wizards to the point of firing Hagrid due to his half-giant birth status.
Mundungus' betrayal caught Moody by surprise and gave Voldemort enough time to cast the Avada Kedavra and kill Mad-Eye Moody. After he was brutally killed by Lord Voldemort, Moody's dead body tragically fell from his broom.
Hedwig's killer is not explicitly identified, so he/she may have appeared in other books, films or video games, but the only known appearance is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1. A popular fan theory based on book canon suggests that Snape may have killed Hedwig.
In July 1997, Moody was killed by Lord Voldemort during the Battle of the Seven Potters. Moody's corpse was recovered by the Death Eaters, and his magical eye was taken by Dolores Umbridge, who used it to keep track of her subordinates in the Ministry of Magic.
Peter Pettigrew — the man did a full 360. He first betrayed the Potters to Voldemort, and then later betrayed Voldemort by showing even just a brief moment of mercy to Harry at Malfoy Manor.
One of the dogs barked at Alastor's direction, leading to the hunter mistaking Alastor for a deer (or any wild animal) and hastily shooting at him, resulting in Alastor being mortally wounded.
In Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Fred and George are members of the Order of the Phoenix and serve as two of Harry's six decoys when he escapes Privet Drive. George loses one of his ears to Snape's Sectumsempra curse (which was aimed at a Death Eater's wand hand, but missed).
Remus fought at the Battle of Hogwarts on 2 May 1998, during which his wife was murdered by Bellatrix Lestrange. Remus was also murdered by Death Eater Antonin Dolohov, during the first half of the same battle. His death was possibly avenged by Filius Flitwick.
Remus Lupin died first. When Tonks arrived to fight in the Battle of Hogwarts, Aberforth Dumbledore informed her that he last saw Remus battling Dolohov. As Dolohov was later confirmed to be the one that killed Remus, this means that Remus died first.
Rowling stated in an interview that Lupin and Tonks died to compensate for the last-minute reprieve she gave to Arthur Weasley when he survived a would-have-been fatal attack in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Rowling also stated that it was Antonin Dolohov who killed him.
Apparently, Umbridge's mother was a Muggle and her brother was a Squib – a source of huge embarrassment for the family. Perhaps their abandonment and retreat back into the Muggle world had such a huge impact on Umbridge that it became the catalyst for her Muggleborn-targeted cruelty later on in life.
If you have only seen the films, you might be surprised to hear that it wasn't Cho Chang who betrayed Dumbledore's Army to Professor Umbridge – it was Marietta Edgecombe. A friend of Cho's and a fellow Ravenclaw, Marietta (reluctantly) joined the DA.
Their relationship ends when the D.A. is exposed following Marietta Edgecombe's betrayal of the group to Umbridge. Cho defends her friend's actions by saying that Marietta simply made a mistake.
Although he wasn't turned into a werewolf, he did develop some wolfish tendencies such as a liking for very rare steaks. He married Fleur on 1 August 1997, although their wedding was disrupted by the arrival of Death Eaters following the fall of the Ministry of Magic.
Peter Pettigrew (a.k.a. Wormtail) is one of two Death Eaters known to have been in a House other than Slytherin (Gryffindor) while at Hogwarts. There, he was a close friend of Sirius Black, James Potter, and Remus Lupin, although he was the least intelligent and least talented of the group.

The curse's effects followed the path of the caster's wand movements, hence if the user slips in their movement, it could either miss or cause an unintended target to be struck, as in the case of the aforementioned incident when Snape accidentally cut off George Weasley's left ear due to a slip in his firing.
Their relationship grew stronger after the death of Cedric Diggory, but Harry suspected Cho of betraying their secret student group. Cho's lingering feelings for Cedric and a lack of chemistry between her and Harry contributed to their breakup, leading to Harry ultimately ending up with Ginny Weasley.
Fred was killed in an explosion possibly caused by Augustus Rookwood. One of the last things Fred heard before dying was Percy joking about resigning from the Ministry. Percy wouldn't leave Fred's side until Harry and Ron helped him move the body to somewhere safer, coincidentally behind a suit of armor.
