For Ginny her crush on Harry is super obvious, as is Romilda's, even if Romilda was willing to use date rape for it. Gabrielle had signs of a childish crush on Harry in Deathly Hallows too just by the way she looked at him and Cho clearly was interested in Harry, though to what extent it is hard to tell.
Later, at the Gryffindor celebration, Harry spots Ron kissing Lavender Brown. Harry sees Hermione darting out the door. Harry follows her into an empty classroom, where she is frantically practicing spells and hissing about Ron. Moments later, Ron and Lavender burst into the same room, and Hermione walks out.
From what we see in the books, Ron apparently had crushes on Fleur Delacour (though that was partly due to the allure she had from her part-Veela heritage) and Madam Rosmerta. His feelings for Hermione was more than a simple crush.
Luna married fellow naturalist Rolf Scamander, grandson of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them author Newt Scamander, considerably later in life than Harry, Ron, Hermione, and Ginny, who all married and started families in their early-to-mid twenties.

Specifically, Draco was jealous of Harry. It was easy to miss because Draco didn't often show his emotions, modelling himself on his cold, confident, calculating father, but J.K. Rowling has confirmed that a lot of his enmity towards Harry stemmed from envy.
Cormac Maclaggen had a crush on Hermione. Despite being a Gryfindor, the only person he was truly interested in was himself. He didn't ask her a single question about her, instead overloading her with “look what I did as keeper in Quidditch!” She was not impressed, and indeed, after Ron started dating Lavender.
So why did Harry choose Ginny over Hermione? Because Harry and Hermione were never a thing. And because Harry developed feelings for Ginny. He didn't “choose Ginny over Hermione,” because he was never interested in Hermione.
He didn't want to make Harry uncomfortable; after all, they live together, eat together, work together and even share ownership of a temperamental cat. Harry just laughs, “I'm in love with you too, you git.” Draco kisses him, putting years worth of pent-up longing into one moment.
