Magneto's power makes him one of the most dangerous men on the planet and as powerful as Loki is, Magneto is probably more powerful. His helmet would stop any type of psionic manipulations Loki tried on him and illusions wouldn't work on Magneto- if he couldn't sense the iron in the blood, he'd know it was an illusion.

Who can easily beat Magneto?
Namor was able to run through the entire Brotherhood, including Magneto. Namor's strength and durability allowed him to outlast Magneto's attacks and take him down, before leaving so he could figure out new ways to attack the surface world.
Goku would destroy loki, goku would beat any type of hulk no matter what others say in topics that are goku vs hulk. But goku could easily destroy loki, because loki is mainly and illusionist he messes with magic and after a couple minutes of goku fighting loki, goku would figure out looks tricks and beat him easily.
Of course, even despite his Asgardian strength, Loki is no match for the Hulk so he doesn't bother using his strength to subdue the beast. He manages to use something else. In a fight, Loki would win 10/10. Who will win a fight between Lobo and Deadpool? Lobo, hands down. Sure, they're both insane and have crazy levels of being able to regenerate, but the Main Man has a couple of distinct advantages over the Merc with the Mouth.

So, while Dragon Ball's Goku could lift Thor's hammer, Mjolnir, the same nobility and fighting spirit that make him worthy would likely mean he'd instead focus on pushing his limits and find a way to win without it.
While Thanos may be a more capable commander or general combatant, Goku is the perfect duelist and excels in one-on-one fights, arguably his best type of fight. That experience is much more relevant in a battle between the two, meaning that Goku comes out on top.
The only reason that Magneto hasn't killed Deadpool is that the Merc's daughter is a mutant.
