To put it bluntly, it's clear just from watching both movies that Robocop is better than the classic T-800 in nearly every way that matters. While the T-800 has the advantage in mobility, Robocop is harder to kill by virtually every measure.

When contemplating a showdown between Aliens and Predators, one must consider the context of the battle. If it's a straightforward one-on-one encounter in a neutral environment, Predators would likely have the upper hand due to their advanced weaponry, combat skills, and disciplined approach to hunting.
Wiz: Predator put up a good fight with his superior speed and technology, but Wolverine's strength, durability and experience were able to give Wolverine the victory he needed.

A wolverine would win a fight against a wolf. Although the size disparity and bite power make the wolf seem like the obvious winner, a problem emerges when we consider that the wolf hunts in packs.
This trend confirms that humans (specifically Ellen Ripley) are very good at killing Xenomorphs, though arguably not as good as Predators. Predators hunt Xenomorphs as part of their Blooding Ritual, which is a rite of passage a Yautja must go through to become a mature member of their clan.
While comics like Al Ewing's Immortal Hulk have shown that the Hulk really can't be killed, they also explicitly show that he can at least be defeated, meaning the Predator has a good shot at claiming this particular trophy (even if it has no chance of overpowering the Hulk with its strength alone).
I would presume Predator to win due to advantages in armament, intelligence/strategy, and mobility. Jason has the advantage of being on his own turf though. If Jason were to hide in the water of Crystal Lake, he would be able to elude Predator's thermal vision, and possibly be able to spring an ambush.
Dan Trachtenberg's Prey, the fifth entry in the Predator series, turns the clock backward and rejuvenates the franchise with a simple premise and fresh ideas. Prey has been praised as the best Predator movie since the original, but there are even some areas where Prey surpasses its 1987 source material.
Marcus was far stronger and tougher than any mortal man, though he was more vulnerable than standard Terminators, making him the weakest Terminator model in the movies. Still, Marcus's genuine human mind made him the ideal candidate for infiltrating human groups and spying on them.
Cyborg's technology is easily superior to Terminator, which made it hard for Terminator to harm him. Wiz: In all honesty, Cyborg could've ended the fight just by hacking Arnold. And while the Hydrogen Fuel Cell explosion is strong, Cyborg has many ways to avoid it.
However, while the Rev-9 and T-1000 each rack up an impressive body count, the T-800's status as the series most dangerous killer has more to do with how the movie frames him than his number of victims.
His ability to kill is nigh-unmatched, and as seen in his movies can mow down an entire group of men with ease without breaking so much as a sweat. While a Predator is a more significant threat than a group of random henchmen, Wick has good odds of beating the Predator in a one-on-one battle.
Machiko proves to be just as deadly as Theta, but infinitely more offensive to the Predator species due to how she went about killing them, and for this reason, Machiko Noguchi is the Predators' worst enemy, not Theta.
A core part of Superman's appeal is that he's basically indestructible, which is why it's so surprising that even he can fall victim to Alien's insidious Xenomorphs. While it took some very special circumstances, one comic proved even Clark Kent isn't immune to the world's most famous extraterrestrial threat.
If we're talking a physical match between the two, the Alien would tear the Predator to pieces. The Alien would rend [the Predator] limb from limb. The Predator isn't that much stronger than a human being. They don't have the terrifying strength of the Alien, or its razor-sharp teeth, claws and flashing tail.”
The Siberian husky can win in a fight to death if it has 1.5 to 2 times the weight advantage in my opinion. The wolverine is definitely the better grappler.
