Anakin Skywalker carried this blue-bladed Jedi weapon throughout the Clone Wars. After dueling his former apprentice on Mustafar, Obi-Wan Kenobi took Anakin's lightsaber and kept it on Tatooine for nearly two decades. He gave it to Luke Skywalker, who lost it when Darth Vader struck off his son's hand in Cloud City.
Built to replace his father's lightsaber, Luke Skywalker's own lightsaber contained a kyber crystal and emitted a green plasma blade. Its hilt was similar to that of Obi-Wan Kenobi's third lightsaber, as Skywalker modeled his weapon on his late Jedi Master's lightsaber, but simplified some of the design elements.
A yellow-bladed lightsaber was used by Luke Skywalker after he discovered it within a Jedi outpost on Tempes. Unlike the other lightsaber pikes, this lightsaber only had a single blade due to Luke finding it damaged and later repaired it to serve as a single-blade variation.

Why is Rey more powerful than Anakin?
Rey isn't like Anakin, she had a father and a mother, and a grandfather; Palpatine. Being the granddaughter of someone as blindingly powerful as the Emperor was sure to mean that Rey herself was incredibly strong, and she was.
The black lightsaber, or Darksaber to give it its proper name, is one of the rarest lightsabers in Star Wars canon. Despite its rarity in canon, anyone who has seen the second season of The Mandalorian is likely to be familiar with the Darksaber.
A crystal embodies the Jedi as the heart of the lightsaber, and pure kyber has no color until it's bonded to the Force user. This process likely resulted in Rey Skywalker's lightsaber being yellow.

At the end of Rise of Skywalker, Rey has in her possession Luke's original lightsaber (which itself was originally Anakin's), Leia's lightsaber from her days of training with Luke, and her own newly constructed lightsaber (the yellow one with a design reminsicent of the staff she fought with in prior films).

Thanks to healing techniques she learned from ancient Jedi texts, Rey mended Anakin's Kyber crystal and repaired the hilt, restoring it to working condition. The Kyber crystal and (and subsequently, the blade) remained blue, however. Rey would later construct yellow-bladed lightsaber.
