Weirdly enough, the next person to take on the role of Nightwing was Jason Todd, the former second Robin. This was after returning to life and dealing with Batman in the “Under the Red Hood” comic. A part of a One Year Later storyline following the DC event Infinite Crisis, Jason Todd took on the role of Nightwing.
