Because of his disease, Norman has greenish, scaly skin and his fingernails turned into claws. Norman explains to Harry that his sickness is genetic and that Harry is at the right age where it usually begins to show. Before his death, Norman gives Harry a mysterious device, saying that it contains his life's work.

Why did Osborn go crazy?
Norman Osborn's experiments increase his strength but lead to a mental breakdown, as he becomes a cackling, evil presence often driven by a very personal vendetta with Spider-Man.
That the Goblin formula drove him insane. That he had a split personality (or to use the technical term Multiple Personality Disorder, also called Dissociative identity disorder, NOT schizophrenia which is completely different) That whenever his amnesia played up his true nice persona emerged.
Disconsolate, Harry turns to drugs and overdoses on amphetamines. He recovers at home instead of at a hospital, as Norman wanted to keep the matter quiet, and a doctor diagnoses him with schizophrenia.
Peter Parker's pal Harry Osborn is the main host of Venom in Insomniac's Spider-Man 2, and you might remember that the symbiote was shown attaching itself to Osborn at the end of Spider-Man (2018).
Secretly bonded to the Venom symbiote, Harry appeared to be fully healed from his terminal illness and reconnected with Peter and Mary Jane, eventually learning that Peter is Spider-Man.

Despite Spider-Man nearly coming close to killing him too, he manages to relent and instead cure Norman, permanently erasing the Goblin persona for good. Though the Green Goblin remains a dangerous villain in Spider-Man: No Way Home, the film also proves that Norman Osborn is not a villain.

In the comics he's depicted as 6 feet but here he's way taller the same as how Miles got the sudden growth spurt. I think he's around 6'3-6'5 since he looks to be the same size as Scorpion.
Venom can certainly defeat the Green Goblin, but it wouldn't be easy. But to take on the Goblin powered by the Carnage symbiote - without any of the weaknesses thanks to the Goblin Formula - is too tall of a task.
The symbiote genuinely wants to help Peter and believes that it's their responsibility to protect the innocent. Even if it means instilling fear and killing any villains that step out of line. After being separated from Peter, the symbiote was left angry at Mr. Fantastic for interrupting its bond with Peter.
An amoral industrialist and head of Oscorp, Norman was exposed to an experimental formula which enhanced his physical and mental attributes while also driving him insane.
Alice also experiences extreme paranoia in the form of fear of harm, which is one of the most common symptoms of schizophrenia (Weiten, 2018). For Alice, this manifests as fear of the Queen of Hearts.
Narrowly defeated by Spider-Man, he receives psychiatric treatment and doesn't recall his time as the Green Goblin nor that Peter was the famous wall-crawler. Meanwhile, Harry finds love with Liz Allan and marries her, and they have a son Normie, named after his father.
A commonly observed trope in TV and movies represents schizophrenia as criminal and violent. (Think Norman Bates in Psycho, Mr. Cleg in Spider, or any of the dozens of characters from shows like Criminal Minds' endless carousels of violent depictions of madness and neurodiversity.)

Not only does he struggle with trying to understand what is real and what is in his head but he also has to deal with the distrust of certain other heroes who think his mental illness makes him unreliable.
Whether he's building a criminal empire as a ruthless businessman or leading a goblin army, as a sadistic madman, The Green Goblin is one of the most dangerous villains in the Marvel Universe.
