Following on from Non-Stop Spider-Man, the Web-Slinger's mission to apprehend the villains behind a fatal drug called "A-Plus" takes a sinister turn. After being injected with the formula by Wülf, Spider-Man's unique physiology reacts unexpectedly to the drug, transforming him into a monster more spider than man.
The history of the Earth-21619 Black Suit presumably mirrors that of its counterpart from Earth-616 up until it bonded to Spider-Man. Brought to Earth, it attempted to forge a stronger bond with him; and this, coupled with the stress Peter Parker was being subjected to, led to him becoming increasingly short-tempered.
A following incident with Spider-Man, led to the voices in his head manipulating him into believing he had been betrayed by Spider-Man, which enraged him and made him bent on defeating and killing his idol, becoming his arch-rival. Most of the fans believe that she's an adaptation of Francine Frye but she is never referred to as such by any of the characters and the creators never confirmed it. The original male Electro, Max Dillion, is used on the Marvel HQ website because of this Electro being created for Season 2.
